Ubicado en Beacon Hill, descubrirá esta hermosa casa de nueva construcción con vista al mar Caribe. Esta moderna propiedad incluye dos habitaciones de tamaño similar frente al mar, lo que la convierte en una de nuestras mejores calles. Condominios en Maarten para familiares / amigos que viajan juntos. La isla de St Maarten es conocida por su vibrante vida nocturna, impresionantes playas de arena blanca y un ambiente agradable.

Siéntese con una copa de vino mientras descansa en una de las muchas tumbonas en la amplia terraza de madera. Si la temperatura es demasiado alta, nada en la piscina con vista al mar caribe. La terraza es perfecta para las tardes perezosas. Como comodidades adicionales, esta villa incluye acceso a Wi-Fi, TV en cada habitación y los servicios de un ama de llaves.

En el interior, la sala de estar cuenta con muebles modernos de buen gusto en tonos blancos y acceso al exterior. Si desea una comida casera, la cocina incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, que incluyen lavaplatos, cafetera y máquina de hielo.

Beautiful view and great location.. had some issues

We really liked location because we are a family of plane spotters and enjoyed proximity to airport, Maho beach, and other good plane spotting spots (like nearby Dinghy’s covered balcony). The views of the bay were gorgeous to wake up to and enjoy in the evenings. We liked having daily visits from iguanas and gekkos on the cliff. As other reviewers have mentioned, some aspects of the place were a bit run down and I get the wear and tear that these rental island homes go through. For me that’s where I felt I didn’t get the value paid ($$$) for. Knives were dirty. We intentionally did not use kitchen stuff much though as I didn’t want to deal with ants (which I get can be normal). Also living room TV did not work at all (Stacey said there had been a power outage so that’s why it wasn’t working - though all other tvs and appliances were in good working order). So our evenings were mostly spent in our respective bedrooms instead of relaxing together in the living room. The main sliding door to veranda did not lock so the only way to feel secure was to close the exterior metal shade. Overall we enjoyed our stay in St Maarten though.

Sisters and Husbands Getaway

We had a wonderful week in St Maarten at the Cliffside property overlooking Simpson Bay. Perfect for 2 couples with great outdoor spaces and views of the water on 2 sides. We will definitely be back!

Booked this Villa for our stay in St. Marteen, St. Martin. We thought it was a great price for 7 days. From the pics it looked fantastic also. A few things about the island. If you are using an American phone, texts don't always go through. To and from your phone. Even emails are sketchy. Contact with the management was spotty at best. Upon arriving the landscaping was unkempt, non working security gates, this will be important later. We also found that doors were also unable to be locked. After the agent left we found stained towels, ants in everything. The fit and finish was not as good as it looked in pics. Sliding doors were difficult to move and didn't lock. Showers looked dirty and the power kept throwing breakers when using the microwave. We were supposed to get 2 days of housekeeping service got one after 4 days and had to call about that. Then they showed with no warning, washed the towels, swept and mopped the living room only, and did a few knives and forks, and took out the garbage. Neither bathroom was cleaned. On day 3 two men appeared from nowhere and stood at the back yard windows watching my wife in the nude getting dressed until she spotted them. They calmly walked away smiling as she screamed. They just walked on the property and stood at the glass doors and watched her shower. Owners had no idea who they were or why they were.. The view was the best thing about the villa. It was breath taking.

Excellent location, privacy, and views

Had a great stay here for a couple weeks, appreciated the quiet neighborhood, privacy, and views overlooking Simpson Bay and the yachts. The house was comfortable and Stacey helped with anything that was needed for checkin or during the trip. Would come back here again!

The villa has its own gated private entrance and enough place to park 3 large cars. Laundry room located next to the kitchen with dryer and washing machine, iron, ironing board, detergent..

The 2 bedrooms house has a private pool facing the Caribbean sea and a large deck with 6 seats dining area.

The outside deck area with the private pool offers a lot of space for everybody, 2 sunbaths facing the ocean and a large dining area ( 8 persons) facing the ocean with the BBQ grill ( charcoal )
There is also another terrace on the front entrance with a table and 4 chairs, the perfect spot to watch the sunset!
