Footprints in the Sand - CBD, Huge Back Yard, Jetty Beach, Free WiFi

This spacious and tastefully decorated three bedroom and two bathroom house is right in the centre of town. It is just 200 from the post office and 200 - 700 metres to the jetty, beach, river and park, CBD, hotels, restaurants and cafes, shopping, cinema, and the Butter Factory and Historical Museum. The bus station is a 100 metre walk away and a bus stop is just around the corner. Very quiet street considering its central location. Everything is so close you will love it!

THE HOUSE
The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave and DeLonghi Magnifica S coffee (bean) machine. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The second and third bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on these cool winter nights. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID.

There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy.

DOG FRIENDLY - Dogs welcome with prior arrangement. Dogs - $20 per night, per dog . Please state your dog's breed when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the bedding. They must be washed and treated for fleas before arrival.

Pillows, cotton blankets and quilts are provided at the property. Guests can bring their own linen or hire linen for your stay. Linen hire includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels, and face washers.

Registered parking for 3 cars.

Guests may smoke outside. Kindly dispose of your butts cleanly.

For your comfort, please consider these few things. Just like your home, the house is seasonally and occasionally visited by nature While we pest control the house regularly no treatment will ever stop them completely. We supply insect repellent for personal outdoor use and odourless fly killer for indoor use. Our property (and all Busselton) is alongside a vast “Wetland for Wildlife” corridor.

Check out is 9.50am before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your request if we can.

Your ID will be required.
As per City of Busselton registration requirements the names of all guests staying at the house will be required.
Reference - Holiday Homes Local Laws 2012, Part 3 Obligation of Owners and Managers 3.3 Register of Occupants.

Getaway from the hustle and bustle
The home was spacious clean & tidy. Close to all amenaties and in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Everyone enjoyed their stay their, away from the busy city. I would recommend to friends.

I have lived here for 35 years, raised my children here, worked here, looked after my retired and elderly parents here, and now look forward to making your stay here just wonderful. I grew up in the Eastern Wheatbelt of Western Australia, and understand how important a holiday by the seaside can be for some families. Busselton has much to offer, and if you choose to travel a little you can enjoy a day in Dunsborough, Margaret River, Augusta, Nannup, Capel and Bunbury with all the region has to offer. The house is so close to the centre of Busselton, and yet the street is quiet. The shops are conveniently located at the end of the street, a very short walk to get your groceries. I endeavour to keep the house exceptionally clean for my guests. The house has a lovely big secure yard for all your family to play too.

I fell in love with this property because of the location, the size of the back yard, and after putting my decorating touches on it I feel you could not find a better place to stay in Busselton!
