The "Design 2 Bedroom Apartment" is a top floor apartment situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles, I) a luxury and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a very quiet area: Great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Heart, Sushi Point, Trattoria del Mar), Talamanca Beach, supermarkets, shops, cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha Club and Lio are all within short walking distance but far enough not to hear any noise. And it's only more or less 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by car, taxi or ferry). The taxi rank is on the next block. Also the ferry dock is only 5 minutes walking.The fully equipped apartment is comprised of: 2 double bedrooms - one of them ensuite - (beds can be made twins, instead of double in one of the bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower), a large living/dining room with a comfortable sofabed for 2 people, an open and fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with partial/side view on the sea and Ibiza Old Town, furnished with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals "al fresco" and relax. The apartment has also access to it's own private upper roof terrace, with panoramic views, equipped with design sun loungers by Vondom where you can sunbathe. Air conditioning, Free Internet Wifi, Flat TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. The apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by (including a taxi stand), no car hire is necessary. However, if you plan to hire a car, FREE OF CHARGE PARKING SPACES ARE ON THE STREET near the Building or, if you prefer, you may rent a parking space in the garage of the complex, on request. This apartment is rented in accordance to the Spanish law called "LAU".No hotel/tourist services, such as breakfast or daily housekeeping,are offered.

Perfect Apartment Perfect Host
The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and fully fitted kitchen - even a welcome pack from our hosts, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was a really good size, comfortable beds, enough storage space for our holiday, and the balcony a welcome retreat with a nice views to watch the world go by.
Kids enjoyed the Wi-fi, and widescreen TV! Great location close to the beach, Marina and a short walk to the Old Town. Pools at the apartments were well maintained and quite enough to sit and enjoy - perfect to catch a bit of sun. Sun deck also available, nicely presented and great views - just too hot for us!! Good Food, Lovely weather for most of the holiday, very helpful host who could not have done any more to make our stay any easier. Would recommend.

Very cute, great location
Everything was nice aside from an ant problem & malfunctioning light fixtures. Apartment is in a great location, walking distance to everything and loved the private rooftop. Would def stay here again

Goed en centraal gelegen appartement met prachtig uitzicht op de jachthaven en de oude stad.
Een nette ontvangst en een groot welkomspakket met eten en drinken, erg leuk! Fijn appartement, met niet alleen uitzicht op de oude stad en jachthaven maar ook op Talamanca baai. Centraal gelegen, op loopafstand van de oude stad, vlakbijTalamanca strand met gezellige eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Twee kleine supermarkten op loopafstand met vers brood. Bushalte vlakbij richting oude stad en vliegveld. Centraal gelegen, maar toch rustig, voor mensen die niet van de massa houden.

Also the new faboulos marina area with the most beautiful yachts and other great bars and restaurants and luxury shops, is at only 200 meters,. And it's only about 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking.
Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car.
Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, (including a taxi stand) no car hire is necessary.
The name of the building is "Bahia de Ibiza" and it can be accessed from both Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles) I and Avenida 8 de Agosto (the 2 streets are parallel)

Electricty, air conditioning, water, wifi internet cost and taxes are included in the rate. A refundable damage deposit (between €300 and €500 depending on the length of the stay) will be paid upon arrival and it will be refunded on the day of departure.
