Fabulous Views in Beautiful Apartment

This apartment has the best views all the way down the beach to the port in Benalmadena. The property is tastefully furnished in pastel shades and has two bedrooms with glass walls that enable you to see through the glass all the way to the sea promenade, but if I wanted privacity I could also use the curtains. The kitchen is perfect. The lift to the promenade is great for taking you down to the walk way all along the beach to the port via shops and cafes and bars. We went for a week in March and apart from some refurbishment going on it was nice and quiet and we had a relaxing stay. A shopping trolley is provided in the apartment for this which is helpful. It was also nice to have our own shower rooms especially as they were really well done and very modern. There is a lovely restaurant about 200 yards from reception that provides really good fresh food if you don't feel like cooking. All in all a great stay.

Romantic and Lovely new apartment

the apartment is SUPER, luxury and modern decorated, fully equipped, you have everything that you need and clean. We spent our anniversary of 25 years of marriage and was a marvelous lovely experience. We enjoyed wonderful sunrises on the terrace at the breakfast, it´s like being on a cruiser. You can sense the waves of the sea, the sound give you a priceless moment of calm and relaxing. Very well located, directly access to the beach, by private elevator and a few minutes walking of the old town and bus or train station. I have been staying 5 years ago from this local area and this is the best apartment I´ve ever stayed. Wonderful, charming, highly recommended for a couple or 2 couples to take a relaxing holidays and special moments. Miguel is a great owner, always was kind, helpful and available. Will be back soon! Mr miguel, our landlord welcomed us warmly and was punctually in our meeting place and took us by his car to our destination. The first impression in this apartment when we came in was, Wau!. What a light and sea view! Mr miguel explained us thoroughly all functions concerning the tv-channels, machines etc of the rooms and took us to the first excursion of the whole house complex, gardens, swimming pool, and to meet the porter of the house etc. During our staying, if we had any question to miguel, he replied immediately by mail and this service in general was very flexible. We do appreciate this excellent and accurate service we received from him. This apartment is really a high standard one. We are very satisfied for our staying in this very clean and well equipped apartment. Everything in the apartment was working fine, the kitchen is very modern and very well equipped and clean! The whole apartment is very nice and clean and modern way cosy. It was a pleasure to live there and just enjoy. The 2 Bedrooms are very good with a lovely sea view also! The air condition system functions well. Location is ideal, the whole beach area (Carihuela beach) is just beside the apartment and only 400 m walk to the nearest bus stop to Mijas, Fuengirola or Malaga for ex sample and also short walking to Torremolinos Renfe station. We can highly recommend this apartment to anyone who appreciate a high standard relaxing vacation. with warm regards Lisa from Colorado

Fantastic stay in perfectly peaceful location

My partner and I stayed in this apartment in Torremolinos mid May 2016 and absolutely loved it. We are both in our early 30s with children and have busy jobs so wanted a relaxing week of eating, drinking and chilling in the sun and the apartment (as well as the area) certainly delivered. Arrival - The week started off perfectly - Felix picked us up from the airport and Aurelio provided us with a few essentials (Including a much needed beer!) to get us going - which was especially welcome as it was a fairly late flight! Great hosts! Apartment - We found the apartment to be in excellent and clean condition. It is big and perfect for 4 . We had a peaceful and comfortable nights sleep every night, listening to the sounds of the sea. Which brings me to the best thing about the apartment - That view! The balcony overlooks the sea, and is better than the photo suggests! We saw dolphins on one of the days and often sat just looking out with a cold beer in hand for hours! The area - carihuela beach is a beautiful little gem of a place. - Although Benalmadena and Malaga are both a very easy bus or train ride away. We intended to visit Benalmadena which apparently is well worth the effort, but found ourselves so at home and comfortable in Santa Clara we didnt bother in the end! There are a couple of small supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk away, that have everything you need very cheap! and other bigger 15 minutes. There are about many 'holiday' style bars and restaurants within 3 mins walk as well and they are all reasonably priced and friendly, our favourite being La vaca loca for the amazing steak! There is also a beautiful bar literally a stones throw away , which is quite hidden away but is well worth seeking out as its feels like youve been transported to an Ibizan style chill out bar - great for when you're having a late night out! Beaches - The beach immediately in front of the apartment is beautiful and sandy for swimming or sun bathing. Overall, everything you need for a luxury (cheap) relaxing break!

La Carihuela is an old fishing village which has a picturesque panoramic views. It is located on the coast between Torremolinos and Benalmadena (2 resorts with lots going on) which are linked by a promenade where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, with and abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.

Nearby is the historic city of Malaga, the botanical garden in Fuengirola, Sea Life Centre and Marina in Benalmadena, day excursions to Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba or Gibraltar. There are 10 golf courses within a 50 Km. radius and Torremolinos enjoy the Aqua Park, Crocodile Park and many other interesting places to visit. The beaches are noted for their cleanliness and are lined by Chiringuitos (beach bars) offering the best and freshest seafood and as the beaches measure approx. 2km. in length they offer plenty of sun beds which can be hired for a few Euro a day. Average temperatures in the autumn and winter months are in the low 20's and temperatures can reach the high 30's in summer.

Golf: Costa del Sol is renowned for Golf courses, within a few miles from Torremolinos you have Guadalhorce a Links course, Torrequebrada, Mijas, Fuengirola, this are just a few within our area, then you can find many more all the way down to Algeciras near Gibraltar.

Ski: The nearest ski resort is Sierra Nevada in Granada, about 100 km. distance from Torremolinos, this resort enjoys very good quality ski from very early winter right into spring.

Torremolinos is in the heart of the 'Costa del Sol'. It has a good public transportation system including train to Málaga or Fuengirola and local buses as well. It is busy all year around thanks to the nice weather conditions and many 'fiestas and ferias' in the whole area. Its very nice for sightseeing as towns like Ronda, Mijas Pueblo and Málaga are near by. It is the 'Golfers' paradise..

Costa del Sol, also known as Costa del Golf for its 50 golf courses is the perfect place for any kind of holiday:

just relax on the beach or choose between one of the various attractions of the place: waterparks, watersports, golf, horse riding, cycling, You will never get bored!!
