Old NYC Style
I loved the quintessential feel of this NY studio apartment and the light from the terrace was especially welcoming. Wayne, the manager, was very helpful and friendly throughout. The location is great for all kinds of restaurants and shopping and a short walk to Lincoln Center. With that said, one needs to be aware you must walk up four flights of stairs to enjoy this hidden gem and while clean and neat on the surface, it could use a deep cleaning. We would definitely stay again.
Home away from home!
This was a great property for us! We needed a place to stay for the month between moving out of our apartment and on to another state. Wayne the property manager couldn't have been nicer. He was always ready to help with any of our needs. The nice lady who cared for the properties was wonderful as well. We would definitely recommend staying here.....lots of space, a wonderful location and wonderful people. Be ready to exercise......you have lots of stairs to climb. We knew this so we weren't surprised. Pack light!
Spent the month of September here. It was wonderful and can’t wait to return.
I loved my flat, especially the terrace, the skylight in the kitchen, and the Murphy bed. It was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The area was perfect, between the two parks, and with the 1,2 and 3 train a 3 minute walk away. Loved the many shops, restaurants, etc so close. Architecture beautiful. The staff here were great. I’m sorry to leave 😊
Great Economy Flat
Just got back from a month long stay. This studio apartment has everything 2 people need for their stay in NYC. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities needed for light meals. The 4th floor walk up was great exercise but it is not for everyone. I enjoyed being in the area, food shopping, laundry, coffee, subway were all right around the corner. Central Park and Riverside Park were both just a few blocks away. The variety of restaurants close by would satisfy just about anyones taste buds. The building manager was friendly and informative, he helped us with all of our questions. This is a rental I would recommend to anyone on a budget. Over all it was clean but I would suggest a deep cleaning and a coat of paint. I would definitely rent again.
Great month in this apartment.
Great value. Nice and tidy. Worked well for one adult and two children. We really enjoyed the terrace and the location was fabulous.
