Ubicado en magníficos jardines y acurrucado alrededor de una piscina de zafiros con un río perezoso. La dificultad será alejarte de "Blue Hill" para probar los otros aspectos de Altinkum. . . Ubicado cerca del animado resort de Altinkum, el lugar ofrece la dualidad de un lugar tranquilo con la opción de tomar un minibús y estar en el centro del resort en menos de diez minutos. Ubicación: ubicado detrás del antiguo Templo de Apolo, en la zona más buscada de Didim. Como su nombre lo indica, el entorno es un sitio privilegiado en la cima de una colina, que a su vez ofrece vistas increíbles de todo Didim, incluidas las aguas cristalinas del Egeo. Best apartment we stayed in by far in Turkey.

There were 5 in our party all adults. We arrived after midnight and the owners management company met us with the key and showed us around the apartment. Apartment was spotless clean and nicely decorated. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fully air-conditioned. There is the main bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Twin Room has 2 single beds. The lounge has a corner suite which opens up as very comfortable double bed. The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fruit juicer, kettle, toaster and a very large fridge freezer, washing machine and all pots, pans and cutlery. We only used the kitchen facilities at breakfast time and snacks as the food in the restaurants in the area is very cheap and tasty. And most restaurants do a free pick up and drop off car service very handy after you have had a few drinks. There is a balcony facing the pool and another balcony in the back which looks over the countryside and sea views and views of the Greek Islands over the horizon. The complex is lovely and the swimming pool is stunning and cleaned daily with plenty of sunloungers. The complex is a quite area of Didim/Altinkum but dont let this put you off as the local bus stops only 3 mins walk from the complex. Because the complex is set on an elevated position you get a lovely breeze blowing which make the hot weather bearable. There are a couple of shops only a few minutes walk away and a few different restaurants including an excellant restaurant opposite the complex called Mavi Kitchen. The 3000 year old historic wonder the temple of apollo is only 10 minutes walk away and there are many nice eating places overlooking this wonder. The local buses and taxis are very cheap to get around. We took the bus to Mavisehir only took 10 minutes to watch the stunning sunsets the area is famed for and the restaurants there are very good quality and cheap. There is also a late night market in mavisehir in summer. Bargains galore. We used the free car pick up and drop off service when we ate many times in Altinkum seafront. The owner is a nice man who lives in England and arranged our private transfer from Bodrum airport. And he provided us much advice on where to exchange money, eat, and excursions. He has extensive knowledge of the area. A very pleasant stay. Would definately recommend a stay here. P.Dodds Cardiff.

Fantastic Apartment with a stunning pool

The apartment is in a quiet area of Altinkum/Didim. You have the advantage of being able to retreat to a peaceful tranquil location yet only a few minutes by taxi or local bus to centre of the action in Altinkum. The apartment itself was spotless clean when we arrived and is very tastefully decorated. It has air-con in all rooms. As the complex is on an elevated position you have a lovely light breeze blowing most days. And the views from the apartment are very lovely. Front balcony overlooks the pool and the back balcony has sea views with islands in the horizon. Lovely at sunset. The owner who lives in England is always contactable via facebook, whatsapp and email and was very helpful in organising private transfer from the airport. He has very good knowledge of this part of Turkey and was very handy with tips and suggestions for excursions. He is always contactable. His property manager is is based in the resort. The Blue Hill Complex has a good mixture of cultures staying turkish, irish, english and our kids made good friends. I would recommend Mavi Kitchen Bar and Restaurant opposite the complex. Great meal and service set in nice grounds and the sunset view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. We would like to thank Sohail (owner) for letting us stay here and all the handy tips he gave us during our stay. We will be booking this apartment again soon

We have been on holidays to different parts of Turkey over the years. In August 2013 we went to Altinkum for the first time and fell in love with the place. With genuinely friendly locals who go out of the way to welcome guests to the child friendly golden beaches which line its shores.

We had been talking for many years about buying a holiday home in Turkey. In August we viewed the Blue Hill Complex and put down a deposit on a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on this stunning complex. We completed purchase in October 2013.

The main reason we chose this property was because of the duality of peace yet only 10-15 minutes to the resort centre by local bus.

You are surrounded by countryside and sea views

Only 10 minutes walk from the apartment apartment is the magnificent 3000 year old Temple of Apollo.

The apartment benefits from 2 bedrooms, 1 is double with en-suite the 2nd bedroom is a twin room. Both bedrooms have access to a balconies with countryside and sea views. The bedroom balconies are perfect for viewing beautiful sunsets this area is re-knowned for.

There is also a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

The open plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen, a dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge area has a corner suite that opens up to form another double bed. There is a LCD TV with DVD player and satellite channels.

There is another balcony accessed from the lounge area which has a large table with 6 chairs overlooking the pool area. Ideal for al-fresco dining.

The new and very popular restaurant called Mavi Kitchen Bar & Restaurant has opened in 2015 and is directly opposite our complex. This restaurant offers some of the best views from its roof top terrace of sunset over the Greek Islands off the coast. In our opinion this the best new restaurant to open up in Didim/Altinkum in recent years.

The 3000 year old Temple of Apollo is only 5-10 minutes walk away and there some very nice restaurants overlooking the this historic wonder.

There are a many other restaurants including the famous Meandros Garden Restaurant, and 2 small shops on Marina Road just 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. And there are few supermarkets on Marina Road (aka adnan menderes bulavari) within 15-20 minutes walk.
