Bonito apartamento completamente renovado en abril de 2014 en una zona muy animada, pero lejos de la avenida principal y por lo tanto muy tranquilo.

En una muy agradable callejón sin salida, que parece un caballerizas inglés.

Great place for my family for 2 weeks.

I stayed here with my 2 young kids for 2 weeks and it was great. The washing machine, kitchen furnishings, and vacuum cleaner were really nice assets. The place was quiet and shaded which is nice on the occasional hot days.

My only complaint was that the entry door to the apartment kept getting jammed and we got locked out a few times until someone came by that was able to get us in. The last few days it seemed to be okay so hopefully it's been resolved.

Quiet place

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was set in a great location. There were some cons though. When we arrived, none of the water faucets, toilet, etc. weren’t working. We had to call and they gave us instructions and it turned the water back on. Also, in the bedroom, the curtains are sheer curtains so privacy wise, anyway walking by can see in. I also don’t believe this is a big enough place for four people. If the living room couch was folded out into a bed, we had to walk across it to get to the bathroom. Other than that, we liked the location. It was by a lot of markets and restaurants and they were very helpful when I texted and asked questions where things were. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was ok. It does look better in the pictures.

The kitchen does have everything you need, it is well-stocked. The barstools are comfortable. The bedroom is a nice size. A cart is provided to buy groceries. It is in a nice neighbourhood. The bathroom was very nice. It was quiet. The apartment does need a fresh coat of paint. It does feel damp in the apartment and there was mould in the kitchen cupboard. The apartment complex front door doesn't shut properly and for a one-week stay we only once use the pin code to get into the building. I have stayed in a few places through VRBO having to pay by international bank transfer was a pain. First of all I thought I had paid VRBO because I hit the pay now button but it turns out I had only paid their fee meanwhile VRBO has sent me a receipt saying I had paid. And then the owner is telling me a different way that she wants me to pay. I did have to call VRBO to get this resolved. I went to do the bank transfer and the address to the bank does not match the bin number so I was a bit uncomfortable sending it but it did go through. Then I was short money because the owners bank charges a fee as well as the fee I had to pay my bank. It would've been so much simpler just to pay by credit card through VRBO.

Great location and old parisian charm

I liked the cobble stone entrance to the building. charming courtyard but really enclosed by high walls. the apartment is renovated to today's standards and has all facilities. It is ideal for a couple, not so much otherwise for there is limited storage of bags in the living area. The plugs in the kitchen need to be combined into one general plug. The window in the living room overlooks to some greens in the small courtyard but really faces a tall brick wall. Love the location being so convenient to everything. I much preferred to deal with the concierge than the owner. The concierge, Isabelle, went out of her way to assist us upon arrival and was prompt in assistance throughout. I highly recommend her and her professionalism. Thank you Isabelle for assisting us throughout our stay.

Great location

The location of the apartment was great. It was convenient to all that you need: metro, bus, restaurants, grocery and markets. Isabelle, the concierge, organized everything that we needed and was always helpful and available. The apartment was in condition and had all the basics that you needed. I slept on the pull out for 2 weeks and it was comfortable. The apartment is best suited for 2 people to be comfortable. The apartment was damp but that is what you get for being on the ground floor in a typical Parisian building. There was also a strong cat odor on the hallway but that was not the fault of the owner. If you are allergic to cats, I would not suggest this place. The only other problem was that the front door entry to the building got stuck and would not open. I called on a few neighbors to help pull open the door and someone finally got it unstuck. It was very scary if there was a fire because from what I could tell this was the only entrance/exit to the outside. Again, not the owners fault but they were receptive when I told them. I would stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement plein de charme au fond d'une courette typiquement parisienne. Fonctionnel et spacieux, proche du centre, parfait pour visiter Paris.

On the Check-In Date, the Renter will remit a damage deposit (the “Deposit”) of EUR500 as a guarantee for the normal usage of the Apartment and its contents. In consideration for the payment of the Deposit, the representative of the Owner and the Renter will make an Inventory Check-In on the Check-In Date and an Inventory Check-Out on the Check-Out Date.
The Deposit is NOT applied toward rent; it will be returned at the end of the lease provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage –including loss, steal or deterioration- is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear as per the Inventory Check-In and Check-Out forms.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued if any during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens and towels are lost or damaged.
g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement.
h. Furthermore, upon the Tenant's departure, the flat is to be returned to the Landlord, or to the agent authorised by the Landlord, respectively, in a clean, orderly, undamaged
state with the full inventory that was present when the tenant took over the flat

If all the provisions described above are fully met on the Check-Out Date, the Renter will be able to receive the deposit back on the Check-Out Date.
