Family college visit
The apartment was nice and update in a great neighborhood. It was about a $20-30 Uber ride to downtown Boston and neighboring colleges. It was walking distance to several restaurant and small downtown area.
My only complaint was that the AC was uncommonly loud.
We were fenway bound and this was a fabulous location
We loved the apartment! Location was perfect, and the apartment had everything we needed.
We liked the apartment a lot, it’s about a 30-40 minute T ride to most of the places you would like to see but closer to Fenway if you’re going to a game. Very cute neighborhood but be weary that the train starts running right behind the bedrooms about 7:30 am... so early mornings if you’re a light sleeper. The building manager was super nice and helped us out with any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again!!
The picture of the apartment slightly resembled our rooms! It was ok but a far cry from 5 stars!
My roommate said “never again” . We are back to 5 star hotels☹️

Great location, Spotless and Comfortable!
Great property. Furnished to a high standard. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Good location for Brookline. We stayed there so that we could be close to Boston College for my daughter's graduation. About 10' -15' to BC by car. Plenty of on street parking - which is free.
Comfortable property in excellent location
The Brookline apartment was perfect for our needs. My husband, his parents and I found the place comfortable and the location made it easy to get into downtown Boston. It was close to a metro station on the green line which quickly and easily got us to wherever we wanted to go. Brookline village was within walking distance where there were a number of restaurants from which to choose. There was also a Trader Joe's about a mile away and another grocery store a little closer so that we could stock up on supplies for our stay.
The apartment was clean and well-stocked. There was even some wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived - a thoughtful touch. The beds were quite comfortable and despite being near the train line, it was very quiet overall. The bathroom had a heated floor which was pretty nice too! The kitchen had essentials including a Keurig and coffee pods. There were enough dishes, pots, and pans for us to prepare meals. Finally, the living room was comfortable with plenty of seating for the 4 of us.
If I find myself in Boston again, I won't hesitate to stay here again! Excellent value and excellent customer service!
