Totalmente recomendable.
Charming and a Great Value!!
The apartment was clean and well-appointed, with some beautiful ceiling frescoes in a few of the bedrooms. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well (this was important as there was a heat wave during our entire stay) and the showers had good pressure with plenty of hot water. My family of 6 was quite comfortable there. The close proximity to Mercato Centrale (7-minute walk) was also really convenient. Eleanora was very responsive and helpful; she provided restaurant recommendations, arranged taxis for us, etc. This apartment is a very good value for the price and I strongly recommend it - particularly for larger groups.

Spacious and Comfortable Apartment
We were a group of 8 and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us. It is centrally located to walk everywhere. We arrived by train and walked about 10 minutes to the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery stores for all your needs. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, period furniture, and great location.
An excellent apartment in a convenient location. Plenty of space for our family of 10, and Elly was great in showing us and telling us all the features of the apartments. We highly recommend these apartments, which are huge, and very nice and clean. Elly also made transportation arrangements for us while there which we truly appreciated. Thank you!

Wonderful week in Firenze
A well tended but vintage property which was part of its charm. The apartment is furnished with period pieces and decor yet well maintained. The ability to do laundry was a plus. It was centrally located within walking distance to all of the sites and a 15 minute walk to the train station. Located on the second floor, there was no elevator which was not a problem for our family. Restaurants and a grocery were all located close by. The only negative would be that in cold weather it was difficult to keep the apartment warm enough.
Thanks for the review.
There are several thermostats in the apartment we try to maintain the highest level of temperature ( more than 20°C) in the apartment in compliance with the local law. Unfortunately for environmental reason we are subject to the specific laws.
Clean spacious apartment in a great location
Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay here. Two nice roof top patio spaces were very much enjoyed. We could walk to most of the sites in Florence and enjoyed getting fresh fruits from nearby mercantile central. The owner was very helpful in us learning the area. Would gladly stay here again.
