Magnificent Townhouse/Villa

This property is exactly as listed and described. The outside space is stunning with plenty areas to sit in sun or shade. There were 8 of us and 2 dining areas outside were fantastic, especially the BBQ area which we used most nights. The kitchen has everything you could need with plenty cooking utensils and pans etc to cater for large groups. The living area and bedrooms were great and the King with en-suite on 1st floor is huge and luxurious. The views from the property were also stunning particularly at sunset. The Property Manager was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had which was very helpful. We had a small problem with the hot water the day we arrived and this was dealt with very quickly so it wasn’t an issue for us. You do need a car if you are in this area which fortunately we had arranged anyway. There is a nice bar at the bottom of the hill to enjoy a drink in the evening and the owner will also organise you a taxi for the evening if needed. The only slightly negative thing would be that the towels in the property could do with being upgraded, otherwise, we could not fault anything. Overall, an amazing property perfect for exploring the surrounding area as well as more relaxing days in the outside space by the pool. Thank you for hosting our group, every single one of us loved it.

Not 4.8 star anymore. The level of maintenance has changed since 1 year.

The house is beautiful, but the level of maintenance has changed over time. Not 4.8 stars anymore. They changed maintenance managers a year ago. The house was very dirty. There were parties the days before we arrived and they had no time to clean up. The fridge was dirty, we even found a watch inside. We found moldy food under the bag in the bottom of the bin. There were food stains on the walls, the kitchen cabinets were sticky, the oven hadn't been cleaned. We found poop stains in the toilets, hairs in the sinks and the floor was dirty. A proof that the house is less well maintained, 25 lights had to be changed. No one came to check the house before we arrived. We had to take 4 days of our vacation to put the house in order. The cleaning lady could not come back before the 4th day, we had to clean the toilet and kitchen too dirty ourselves. Employees spent hours, 4 days going back and forth repairing lights, changing light bulbs, changing the garage lock, and this during our stays. This should have been done before our arrival. We asked for compensation. Instead, they offered us to leave but after 4 days of maintenance, and with young children, it is not an option to leave and above all, after having done a complete cleaning ourselves. This proposal on their part clearly lacked compassion. We are not very demanding but minimally, the cleanliness of the premises is essential, no poo in the toilets, the staff should have rectified the situation before our arrival.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

Beautiful villa, the location is a taxi ride away from the port. As a group of 9, cheap to travel back and fourth. The host was incredible, communication, gave us a local taxi number so we always had the same person. Helped with a local food shop being delivered. The area was stunning with a lovely view. I will definitely go back.
