El apartamento Punatamenat es un apartamento moderno recientemente renovado con una gran terraza y una hermosa piscina privada y sauna. Está cerca del aeropuerto, Dubrovnik, Cavtat y la playa. Puede caminar hasta el mar en pocos minutos o puede disfrutar de hermosas vistas y tranquilidad en la terraza con cocina exterior y barbacoa.
Hay tres habitaciones amplias, cada una de ellas tiene su propio cuarto de baño, TV inteligente y segura. Cocina y el salón están completamente equipadas con todos los electrodomésticos. Beautiful Apartment!

Absolutely loved our stay. We were here mid-October and were worried about weather and things being closed. Turns out the weather was fantastic and pretty much everything was open, but it was nice and calm - no crowds! Apartment is beautiful, the outdoor area is amazing, So clean, well furnished to a real high standard. It is a real oasis with beautiful views out to sea towards Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The hosts were great, communications perfect. So easy to check-in and any questions dealt with quickly. Cavtat is a 20 min walk away from the apartment, though 191 steps down to the sea so be prepared on the way back! No problem for anyone any age fit and healthy though. We really enjoyed our time in Cavtat - you will not be disappointed with this apartment. We do villa holidays 1-2 times each year and 100% would recommend this apartment to anyone considering visiting Cavtat.

Fabulous apartment highly recommended

I was sceptical about renting this apartment as we usually stay in a villa with our own pool and I was concerned about lack of privacy. However, we never felt overlooked and the apartment exceeded our expectations (and we're a fussy bunch to please!). The pool was bigger than we expected, and the sea views were much better than they appeared on the photos. I forgot that the apartment was equipped with a sauna, so that was a lovely surprise on arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean; the outside area was more than plentiful, and lots of 'little extras' made the holiday a great one. For example, there were bin bags, dishwasher tablets, sufficient toilet rolls etc to last for the week which was particularly helpful. Daria, the host, couldn't have been more helpful when I left some items in the apartment. Cavtat is a beautiful place to visit with a great range of restaurants - we particularly enjoyed the set menu at Bugenvila and also had a lovely meal at La Boheme. A great find was Beach Bar Little Star which can be found on the walking trail of peninsula Rat in Cavtat. If I was to return to Cavtat, I would certainly stay in this apartment again.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Unser Urlaub war traumhaft.Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

A stunning Apartment and Thoughtful Hosts

Myself and my family have just returned from our holiday in Cavtat. The apartment was just perfect, everything is well considered to make your stay enjoyable. Daria and her family worked hard to have the apartment ready for our arrival, it was spotless and Daria made us feel very welcome. Daria and her partner are brilliant hosts. The fresh fruit and wine was a nice touch and much appreciated. The outside area was lovely. We used the barbecue and enjoyed sitting together around the pool and covered area in the evenings. The views were spectacular, especially the sunsets. A few days were overcast and a little bit cooler, to be expected at this time of year, we used the sauna to warm us up; it was great. We also appreciated the large umbrellas left for us. The apartment is at the top of a hill but it was manageable. If not you can catch a taxi back from Cavtat and ask to be dropped off the cafe at the top of the hill, just a two minute walk away from the apartment. We enjoyed the walk into Cavtat, it is beautiful, about 15 to 20 minutes lots of restaurants and bars along the way. There is a supermarket nearby and bus stop to take you into Cavtat if you prefer to use public transport. The nearest beach is just at the bottom of the hill, with water sports and a few cafe bars. It would have been nice to have a few board games etc in the apartment, to use in the evenings. ) Overall a lovely holiday in a beautiful apartment.

Beautiful apartment and location

We have just returned from a beautiful week in Cavtat and what can I say but WOW! The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need or want. Our hosts Daria and Vedra were brilliant and were available when we encountered a couple of issues- the first was us not operating the air con and ice machine properly but was no problem to them and Vedra was very patient with explaining to us. The 2nd time was a fault with the dishwasher and this was REPLACED the same day- together with a bottle of wine by way of apology together with some fizz as they had noticed it was my birthday the next day-how’s that for service! The centre of Cavtat is really pretty and is a 20 minute walk but the 122 steps (yes I counted them) on the way back were a challenge for someone the wrong side of 60 so we used the many cabs that are waiting for you just outside the harbour towards the end of our week The water taxi is a good way to get to visit Dubrovnik and we highly recommend The Panorama restaurant at the top of the Cable car for a special meal- you will need to book well in advance for a table on the terrace Thanks again Daria and Vedra for a wonderful family break Angie John Dan Danni Matt & Ellie
