Hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento y armarios empotrados. El apartamento dispone de calefacción central y aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Esta preparado para niños y dispone de trona y cuna. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Tiene un solario privado de 25m2 con una vista panorámica privilegiada del Mediterráneo, ideal para tomar el sol o un cena romántica o en familia. Dispone de un amplio jardín privado con un parque infantil, un campo deportivo y una gran piscina con zona para los más pequeños. Dispone de parking privado subteraneo, aunque la playa está a sólo 50 metros de distancia! Este apartamento es nuestro segundo hogar y no es el típico apartamento de playa dedicado al negocio de alquiler con mobiliario y equipo de mala calidad.

Lovely Week in the Sun
This is a lovely holiday apartment, very clean and tidy. It is in a very good location, right on the beach front. The sandy beaches are regularly cleaned and inspected. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with one master bedroom having an en-suite. The beds were really comfy.
The furniture was in good order and everything worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. The roof top terrace and the balcony were well used by us and it was great having our food outside.
There was ample parking space around the building, and even a car park space in the basement car park, this was great for loading and unloading the car as the lift went from the basement to this top floor apartment.
Location is very good with easy access to the beaches and a few local restaurants. A market (easy walking) was also close. In reality we did not need to hire a car as everything for a relaxing beach side holiday was so close. Even the train station was close.
We would definitely come back again, we enjoyed it so much. Eddy was very helpful and met us at the apartment to show us around.
The pool was also very nice, and in good condition.
This seems to be a place where the Spanish also come for holidays and weekends away. It has a very friendly and relaxed ambience.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. We had no need to use our car for the whole fortnight. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was quiet and easily accessed. The beach was clean and safe, easily accessible for a wheelchair user. The whole area was clean and quiet, with perfect weather. We would certainly revisit this location and use this accommodation again.

Great sea view and a very comfortable apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Cunit/Cuballes is a resort which is largely frequented by Spanish families which means that English is rarely spoken although surprisingly frequently understood. It is a quiet place on the whole with few of the rowdy bars and nightclubs one associates with the Costa Brava for example.
The views of the sea from our apartment were marvellous. The flat which is situated on the top two floors of this lift served block was well equipped and very comfortable with efficient air conditioning which we were very grateful for as the average temperature during our stay was 30. C.
The beach was largely empty for all except one day, a Sunday, and even then there was ample space close to the shore. It shelves gently and is perfect for small children. There are two supermarkets within 800m and several restaurants and bars within 500 m although we found Callafel to be a better prospect for eating out, about 3 km away.
Barcelona is 35 km away. We hired a car and used the Ikea car park on Gran Via to park (free at weekends and about 5 euros for 4 hours on other days) as the alternatives were much more expensive elsewhere in town. There is an excellent commuter train service into the town centre from Cunit station which is about 1km away but a return trip per person costs 10 euros. The motorway toll is roughly 10 euros each way.
During our stay the dishwasher in the apartment was out of action but we were assured this was on order and due for imminent replacement. The only other mild criticism I would make was that the Wifi was pretty much unusable due to a very limited data alowance. We struggled even to do some basic browsing and streaming of any sort was not possible. I pointed this out to the owners housekeeper and I would hope that this would be resolved for the future.
Finally I would point out that the development runs parallel to the railway line which is directly behind the service road at the rear and there is a commercial area including shops and light industry on the opposite side of the railway, it didn't put us off and the train noise was barely noticeable but you may want to take this into account when deciding whether to proceed.
For travelling to Barcelona by train we recommend the Bonotren ticket. This is a ticket for 10 trips on which can travel multiple people. The cost of such a ticket for 10 trips is EUR 33,50. So the costs of a return trip to Barcelona is EUR 7,00 per person.
The dishwasher had a short circuit and is already replaced.
We checked the WiFi connection and all seems OK now. It's a 4G mobile connection with a data limit of almost 2 Gb per day. Should be enough for normal internet usage.
Wonderful top floor apartment only moments from a safe and clean beach with a fantastic pool. We traveled as a family of 5 and the kids were especially wowed by this apartment the minute we walked through the door. The views over the beach are stunning and the flat was immaculately clean; expect to pay 100 Euros cleaning and just budget into the cost of your stay, I have no complaints (but I see others have commented otherwise) it is worth it to arrive in such a clean and lovely apartment. This feels like a residential building, not your average block of holiday apartments. I'm not a fan of most Brits I meet abroad so it was nice that this feels a Spanish resort and most of the people we met were Spanish families on holiday. The beach is cleaned every night, is safe with lifeguards, lovely to swim in, and so quiet it feels like your own private beach. There is a water sports centre right next to the beach with wake boarding (harder than it looks!), paddle boarding, sea kayaks, etc. The village resort of Cubit and town of Cubelles are about 10-15 mins walk and as we had a car for the week we took a few half day trips to other local towns. Vilanova and Reus are both well worth a visit, especially the Gaudi Centre looking over the old town square in Reus which gave us a great insight before we moved on to Barcelona for our second week. Local bars, restaurants and a very good supermarket are all within a few minutes' walk. It was hot and the air conditioning was a welcome relief on an evening after hot days in the sun and Wi-Fi was really useful. There is a main balcony from the lounge with comfortable seats and a second balcony upstairs. Other reviewers have noted the steps up to the top balcony are steep, and they are, but not a problem for us. The owner, Eddy, was really helpful from start to finish. A gentleman. We loved our very relaxing week here. If you're looking for a hotel-like apartment with lots of other tourists, this is not for you. If you want a large, clean, family apartment that makes you feel special in this quiet Spanish beach resort, then you will be hard pressed to find better. Highly recommended.
Excellent properly in a quiet location.
The apartment was lovely with stunning views across the beach. We visited Barcelona by both train and car without any difficulty. We also enjoyed visits to Tarragona, Sitges and Segur plus rides into the mountains.The children enjoyed the beaches and the adults the peace and quiet.The property fully lived up to our expectations.

Lovely apartment in great sea-front location
Excellent quality apartment. Set right on the sea-front, with private pool (not heated) which is shared by other apartments in the block. Although, very quiet when we stayed (Easter 2015) and had the pool and football pitch to ourselves for most of the week. The surrounding area is quiet and most bars and cafes were shut during the weekday evenings but were all open on the weekend.
the nearby beach is quiet and clean with a very good water sports facility just 200 metres away (for cable ski-ing, kayaking etc).
There is a railway line behind the apartment block and passing trains did wake me up but they didn't run between mid-night and 6am.
Our host, Eddy, was extremely helpful and even collected the 4 of us from the train station when we arrived.
overall, if you want to enjoy a very quiet 'local' Spanish holiday resort, with great access to the sea and beach, then this is the place for you.
