Needs some TLC and a new cleaner...
I don't like checking into a place and immediately noticing how it hasn't actually been cleaned (despite a cleaning fee being charged). The carpet just outside the kitchen had what looked like cat litter (didn't smell like it). The tablecloth (glued to the table for some reason??) had sticky drops/residue all over. Luckily there were Lysol wipes under the sink so I did a thorough wiping down of counters and table. The first dish I grabbed out of the cabinet had food dried onto it so I ended up pulling out what I figured we would use for dishes and running a load in the dishwasher.
We found upon arrival (late evening) that not a single roll of toilet paper was in the condo. I messaged the host to ask if there was a secret stash somewhere. Got a response right away that the cleaner should have stocked it. Ended up running to the grocery store nearby to get some.
We were so excited to be able to use the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, when we filled it up and turned it on it spit out chunks of mold from the jets. Pretty gross. We let it run for a bit, drain, and tried again... same thing. We tried again the last night but due to a community-wide water issue from the storm that came through we couldn't fill the tub with "clean" water.
Place was "fine"... I'd suggesting finding a new cleaning company. Also, have someone come in and do some general maintenance/TLC/repairs. (drywall repair, shower heads, etc.)
