Just 'downstairs' there are two separate pool areas and ample parking in the immediate area.

Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just 50 m from the apartment.

Excelente ubicación, vistas increíbles

Vacaciones inolvidables. Hemos estado anteriormente en Estepona y seguramente volvamos el año que viene. El piso está muy bien, perfecto para 2 personas y un niño, equipado con todo lo necesario, incluso con toallas para la playa. Las vistas que tiene del puerto son indescriptibles. La cocina es un poco antigua pero la mayoría de los electrodomésticos prácticamente nuevos. Altamente recomendable.

Muy bien situado y buena relación calidad - precio

El piso esta muy bien situado, se puede acceder a playa, supermercados y paseo marítimo cómodamente andando. La casa en general muy bien, las vistas muy agradables y en una zona de mucho ambiente, aunque al ser un piso alto no llegaba mucho ruido. Echamos de menos algo más de menaje de cocina como cuchillos para cocinar y la vajilla la tuvimos que volver a fregar antes de usarla. Pero nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable, cama cómoda para descansar bien y todo funcionaba estupendamente (lavadora, nevera, ducha...). Muy buena relación calidad - precio. El trato de las personas de la agencia es un 10.

A lovely apartment

I would actually give this apartment 4 stars if I could, but the web site does not seem to want to let me.

The apartment is very well located with great views of the marina. It has all the equipment that you would ever need and in any case, supermarkets are close by, along with bars and restaurants. The kitchen area is a little tired looking but nothing that causes a problem, and in any case, I understand it will be refurbished this year.

Valeria was extremely helpful - promptly responding to our queries and was very punctual when we met her to collect and return the keys. It was a pleasure to do business with her and Genius Properties

Stunning views - Perfect location

Our first time in Estepona, we went there because a friend of us told us Estepona is beautiful. My friends were staying in the same block, just one floor below a few weeks before us. We contact the manager but that apartment was booked so Valeria (Genius Properties) offered us this one....thanks for that. This apartment is also wonderful. The location is perfect, the views stunning, the apartment very confortable, cozy and lovely. Almost everything was new because we were the first tenants since the new owners bought it. We are going to book it again for next year. Highly recommended

Estepona Marina/Beach side - The Garden of the Costa del Sol'...

Located in the Marina area of Estepona in the heart of The Costa del Sol this holiday home provides a relaxing yet very conveniently located 'Get Away' or Holiday Apartment.

Estepona itself offers an abundance of local restaurants and facilities for your holiday all within easy walking distance of the apartment. There is no need for transport here...

You can spend time in the marina area just metres away with its many restaurants and cafes and even a Sunday flea market or you could choose to visit the much loved Christo Beach which is a small bay with its stone less shallow waters and beach restaurants (or Chiringuitos) which is just next door.

If you wish to go into the town centre this is just a 7 minute walk along the beach promenade where you will find all the local people out jogging, roller skating or simply strolling or taking a coffee in a cafe.

The Town centre itself is a combination of more modern streets as well the 'Casco Antiguo' (Old Town) where the cobbled streets lead you through the town with its flower clad walls and pretty courtyards and fountains.

All in all a wonderful location to while away the hours or take a welcome break and a cool drink in a traditional cafe or bar.

If you feel you want to venture further a field and use transport then there is also plenty to do both to the West and East of Estepona.

Gibraltar: is 35 minutes drive East of Estepona. Gibraltar is a small Perninsula, with a vibrant mix of Spanish and English traditions. It is also a VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains. You can visit the Caves or the 'Rock Apes' on the Rock itself. Just watch out that these cheeky apes don't steal your camera or your hat. Certainly a worthwhile day trip destination.

Selwo Wildlife and Safari Park: 20 minutes drive to the West is 'Selwo'.

Its a surprisingly life like and cleverly designed safari adventure park where you are transported via 4 wheel drive trucks to see the various elephants, hippos, bears and other animals in their surroundings.

Laguna Village: is located no more than 10 minutes West of Estepona Town Centre and is a popular destination for those who like to 'Chill Out' at the famous 'Puro Beach Club' and visit the various boutiques and cafes dotted around it. A lunchtime meal at 'Terra Sana' is definitely recommended.

Puerto Banus: 25 minutes drive to the West is the World famous 'Puerto Banus' otherwise known as the 'Millionaires Playground'. With its designer shops such as Versace and Cartier and its marina area with its enormous luxury Yachts and exclusive cars. Although its very 'luxurious' its cheaper than one might expect to eat a meal and 'watch the personalities go by'.

All these locations can be reached with relative ease via bus if you prefer not to hire a car.
