Glam, silent & very spacious (82m2) apartment located between Las Canteras beach and Mesa y López Av., the modern shopping area of LPA, close to anywhere you need: bars , restaurants, pharmacies , dry cleaners, auobuses station , etc.
The apartment is very nicely decorated and impregnated with modernity. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end appliances Bosch (fridge , freezer , oven , microwave , washing machine and dishwasher)
We just stayed 4 days with wife and two children on this amazing apartment close to Las Canteras beach and city shopping center. It is lovely decorated, with a modern style that shows the owner´s good taste and is really fully equipped, with everything that you would need at home but would´t expect to find on a guest house (furniture, appliances, HDTV, big sofa, kitchen equipment, etc etc etc).
The apartment is spacious, with a big living room on one side and 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen on the other side of the apartment, which makes you feel that you have two apartments put together due to its size and long alley. The location is excellent, on a nice small square that has some activity at night (although rooms are on the opposite site of the square and there is no noise at all) and within walking distance from beach and main shopping street (Mesa y López).
The only drawback is that is a third floor without lift, but according to the owner it will be solved within a few months.
We would like to thank the owner for being so helpful and attentive during our stay, and we will come back there for sure on our next visit to Las Palmas, as well as recommending it to friends and family. Thanks for such a nice stay, Cristina!
A wonderful homely, comfortable and clean apartment that has everything you need. It is very close to Las Canteras beach which is a beautiful golden sand beach. It is above a lively little square called plaza de farray which has lots of bars, cafes, music but not loud at night. It was nice to sit out on the small balcony with a glass of wine and look down at the activity in the square. Christina was a great host and always replied promptly to our messages and needs. She also left us great information about the city and where to go etc.. Although ideally situated for the beach if you are wanting to be in or near the old city, the apartment is a bus ride away from it and it takes about half hour journey in all with some walking and the bus to get there. It is very close big shopping areas and supermarkets. We loved this apartment and would recommend it. We hope to return. Thank you Christina.

My house is unique because of the place where it is located: very next to Las Canteras beach, near the commercial districts, bars and restaurants. It is also decorated by a modern and very elegant style and you will have every comfort.

I love to give indications to my guests about the points of interest of the city, maps and orientate them with everything they need.
I think that Guanarteme is the best neighborhood in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is the most quoted for being the closest to the beach. It is very livey and has all the services that someone may need: bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds, banks, dry cleaners, post office, bus stops and the best one: the BEACH. It is also just 10 minutes by bus from the old town.
My house is very well connected to the rest of the city . You can go walking to most places of interest in the area. Also you can take buses or taxis to move to other areas of the city.
