The apartment is located on the 2th floor very close to one of the most popular area it in Estepona, Estepona Port. This location is perfect because you can be in the port within 5 minutes walking and this area is surrounded by very typical spanish restaurant and pubs that all the spanish people enjoy for themselves.

Hemos pasado 15 días estupendos!! La casa es amplia y muy nueva. Una ubicación fantástica para nosotros con niños. Íbamos a todos sitios andando... Queremos repetir para otro año!!

Highly recommendable. The apartment has a lovely terrace with a perfect view to the port. It was spotless and everything we needed was available. Perfect location, walking distance to the port, to the beach, amenities and super market.

The apartment was as advertised. Thanks Valeria for all your help.

Vacaciones inolvidables

Hemos pasado una semana perfecta en familia en Estepona. El piso es muy cómodo y perfecto para un familia como nosotros con 2 niños (que han aprovechado bien el wifi). La ubicación en la urbanización ha sido ideal ya que desde nuestra terraza, además de tener unas bellísimas vistas al mar, podíamos ver a nuestros niños en la piscina. Casi ni hemos utilizado el coche porque la playa del Cristo, una de las mejores de Estepona, esta muy cerca y nos ibamos andando.

Estepona es un lugar hermoso. Volveremos el año que viene sin dudar y de ser posible al mismo piso. Muchas gracias Valeria por todo. Has sido muy amable y muy atenta con nosotros.

Great apartment, great location, great value

We had a fantastic stay here and Valeria, the agent at Genius Properties, was amazing. It's a stone's throw from the marina, which has really nice bars and restaurants, and about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town (or 4 euros in a taxi - the taxi rank is 100m from the apartment). There is also a large supermarket opposite and another, smaller one open until 2am in the marina.

The apartment itself is large, spotlessly clean and really quiet. It has everything you need (even down to the shopping bags to save you having to buy any at the shops!). The car park is safe and secure and the 4G wifi works fine - we watched a few films on Netflix without any issues.

Being picky, the water heater is powered by a gas bottle rather than mains and sometimes we struggled to get hot water for showers etc. And had to wait for hot water for longer than you'd expect for the second burst of hot water. The TV could do with updating to a flatscreen with better reception and more channels. Finally, as we were there in January we needed a couple of extra layers on the bed but the blankets (of which there were loads) were too small for the bed in the master bedroom so the owner could do with investing in a large duvet for guests visiting in 'Winter'. However, we would not hesitate to stay there again, just the water heater really needs upgrading. So, 4 stars, but would be 5 if these minor things are sorted.

Estepona Marina/Beach side - The Garden of the Costa del Sol'...

Located in the Marina area of Estepona in the heart of The Costa del Sol this holiday home provides a relaxing yet very conveniently located 'Get Away' or Holiday Apartment.

Estepona itself offers an abundance of local restaurants and facilities for your holiday all within easy walking distance of the apartment. There is no need for transport here...

You can spend time in the marina area just metres away with its many restaurants and cafes and even a Sunday flea market or you could choose to visit the much loved Christo Beach which is a small bay with its stone less shallow waters and beach restaurants (or Chiringuitos) which is just next door.

If you wish to go into the town centre this is just a 7 minute walk along the beach promenade where you will find all the local people out jogging, roller skating or simply strolling or taking a coffee in a cafe.

The Town centre itself is a combination of more modern streets as well the 'Casco Antiguo' (Old Town) where the cobbled streets lead you through the town with its flower clad walls and pretty courtyards and fountains.

All in all a wonderful location to while away the hours or take a welcome break and a cool drink in a traditional cafe or bar.

If you feel you want to venture further a field and use transport then there is also plenty to do both to the West and East of Estepona.

Gibraltar: is 35 minutes drive East of Estepona. Gibraltar is a small Perninsula, with a vibrant mix of Spanish and English traditions. It is also a VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains. You can visit the Caves or the 'Rock Apes' on the Rock itself. Just watch out that these cheeky apes don't steal your camera or your hat. Certainly a worthwhile day trip destination.

Selwo Wildlife and Safari Park: 20 minutes drive to the West is 'Selwo'.

Its a surprisingly life like and cleverly designed safari adventure park where you are transported via 4 wheel drive trucks to see the various elephants, hippos, bears and other animals in their surroundings.

Laguna Village: is located no more than 10 minutes West of Estepona Town Centre and is a popular destination for those who like to 'Chill Out' at the famous 'Puro Beach Club' and visit the various boutiques and cafes dotted around it. A lunchtime meal at 'Terra Sana' is definitely recommended.

Puerto Banus: 25 minutes drive to the West is the World famous 'Puerto Banus' otherwise known as the 'Millionaires Playground'. With its designer shops such as Versace and Cartier and its marina area with its enormous luxury Yachts and exclusive cars. Although its very 'luxurious' its cheaper than one might expect to eat a meal and 'watch the personalities go by'.

All these locations can be reached with relative ease via bus if you prefer not to hire a car.
