Beautiful villa in the heart of the Natural Heritage Site from Unesco “Serra de Tramuntana”. The nearest town is Sóller, one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, also Port de Sóller.

The villa has one double bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed. And on the ground floor, in the living room an extra sofa bed for 2 extra people. Fully equipped kitchen and a balcony to the amazing views of the Serra de Tramontana. You will be enjoying a 150 mts garden.

Seat down and relax while reading a book or having a glass of wine in one of the terraces (50 mts terrace on the first floor and a 300 mts terrace on the ground floor).

Is undoubtedly a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in contact with nature, enjoy a world-renowned spot and away from the noisy city. You will also have the company of a typical Mallorcan animal: a donkey called “Rosa” who is adorable.

Extra cost! Consider the use of heating in winter will have an additional cost of 6,50€ for bag of pellets (each bag has an autonomy of about 12 hours of heating). It must be paid in advance at the time of check-in. If you don’t use the whole bags, we will refund you the difference.

The Sóller area is known for its idyllic landscapes and described by the Archiduke Lluís Salvador in the late nineteenth century as a paradise . Recently named Natural Heritage from UNESCO, the Serra de Tramuntana home to natural treasures such as Sa Calobra , Monastery of Lluc , typical Mallorcan villages such as Fornalutx, Soller, Biniaraitx, etc. The town of Sóller is close to supermarkets , restaurants and quiet walks . You will find a sandy beach at Port de Sóller (3 km away).

Please note that a car is absolutely necessary when booking this property. Access to the house is via a road, with no option for public transport.

VERY NICE HOUSE (with poor agency)

We would give more than 5 stars for the house itself.

We are hardly giving 4 stars because of the agency.

The house is really great, the best one we ever had in Mallorca. When we arrived, the open fire in the living room was arranged, vases with fresh green twigs were in every room and the house was absolutely clean. We found everything exactly as described.

The interior style is traditional without being old or rotten and all the technical equipment (kitchen , music, TV etc.) is up to a very good standard.

You will find only few neighbours in quite a distance and the views to the sea of Port de Soller and the mountains are so beautiful and relaxing...

In the kitchen, we found dishwashing liquid, a sponge and bags for the waste bin as well as a bottle of mineral water in the fridge. But be aware that the "food pantry" is really empty. Salt, sugar, etc... everything has to be brought by yourself. Personnally, we appreciate this philosophy as it assures that you will find a very neat kitchen that is really yours; not any questionable clumpy leftovers from the past years...

The heating has obviously been modernized recently and the open fire is a pellet heating now that will make the whole house warm and cozy for you within short time.

The only thing we could imagine to be improved: towels hooks in the bath and some furniture on the roof terrace.

As mentioned before, we are giving 4 stars because of the agency:

The booking confirmation, advance information and all the paper work before our arrival was excellent.

It was also ok for us that our check-in was postponed on short notice by our host and also that she was preferring to explain everything in Spanish when she realized that we understood a bit of her language.

Anyhow...after our stay, the agency gaves us a moderate rating as guests. We have been in many houses and we never had problems and think that we are very familiar with the rules around renting a holiday house. So we were surprised that they gave us moderate points for: our cleanness, keeping the house rules, our overall impression (...) and communication.

When we contacted them several times to ask for an explanation where we might have misbehaved or broken the houserules, they never answered us. We do not think that this is very adult, polite or professional for a property agency.

Our recommendation: book this house, it is great. Do not bother about the agency.
