The apartment is east, south and west facing, so enjoys the sun from early morning. A large balcony overlooking the pool and some beach view as well.

Tivoli world amusement park/cable car are all a short taxi journey and Sea Life Aquarium is a short walk.

very clean apt ,near beach .more comfortable seating in lounge would be better,as would wifi .
It is a lovely apartment and very well equipped, and we would certainly return. English TV a definite plus for us. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and plenty of supermarkets and loads of bars. A very good Lidyl just a few minutes walk away.
However there were problems in the bathroom. The bathroom sink didn't empty so it sat full of water and the toilet flush keep sticking. The owner arranged for someone to come and all worked for a while but went back to the same problem. We coped but would have been nicer if it was correctly fixed.
There is a bit of noise from the bars emptying in the morning - lots of singing and people talking very loudly in the early hours but hey ho I remember when I was a bit like that so no big deal. Nothing to do with the apartment really but it did wake us up now and again. Also the whole area is very clean but when they empty the trash and bottle bins at 0130 (and sometimes later) it can be a bit of a shock.
It was a pity the safe didn't work. I had rather a large amount of cash which I would have liked to put in the safe with our passports etc. but no safe.
I hope I haven't put anyone off with the above comments, as I said, we would happily go back and I hope someone waters the indoor plant I left for Dulce.

The details on location and local facilities generally correct. No mention that all sunbeds seen in photos are in fact all owned by individual properties and padlocked, no sunbeds are available for this property. As the four of us are 70+ this we found detrimental to our stay . We were forced to purchase 4 chairs to enable us to use the pool and grounds which were very good. Being an end apt overlooking a X Road some 30m from the bars, this did cause disturbance every night due to bars emptying their empty bottles into recycling container at around 2am and refuse lorries doing their rounds between 2 and 4. The TV is very old but worked. The apt walls were clean but top of kitchen cooker filter, fridge and dishwasher were covered in grease and had not been cleaned for ages. Beds were comfortable but smaller bedroom lacked draw space. Shower good but again cubicle need really good clean as did drain from shower, no doubt continual hair washing clogs up drain and therefore needs regular cleaning, shower water therefore very slow to drain. The balcony although rather small was adequate for sitting but the old chairs needed replacing along with the cushions. A safe was there but couldn't be used as a note said no code available.
We found 2 local restaurants, El Trillo and the Spanish Garden which both did set menus for 16euros good value.
We intend to go back to the complex as location, pool and grounds were very good but wouldn't use this apartment again.
