Lake view is just a 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes from the property to the actual lake where you find bar/restaurants and water sports facilities such as pedalos and kayaks.

Swimming Pool which is not heated is 13 meters x 6 meters and is one depth all over for safe swimming and has a natural stone built waterfall at one end. Decking seating area which is shaded by the grand old oak tree overlooks the fishpond and waterfall at the top of the landscaped garden having a variety of ornamental plants, shrubs, trees and fruit trees of which you are welcomed to pick when in season. There are a number of terraces around the landscape gardens which has chairs and tables and sun loungers including the interior patio/court yard which has a small table and chairs plus a small sofa.
