In Vorfreude auf den nächsten Aufenthalt ....

Wir waren bereits 2015 in dieser Wohnung und wurden auch in diesem Jahr nicht enttäuscht. Für uns ist diese Wohnung die bisher beste Unterkunft am Gardasee.

Maderno is a nice town

Maderno is a lovely today in Lake Garda. We had a nice time when we were there. The apartment is small and we did have some issues with pool restrictions between 1pm and 3pm which we were unaware about before we arrived. The main issue however I have is with the Property Manager on our return. On departure we requested 5 minutes to finish packing and the person checking us out came in and told us all was ok and to just leave the key. We did a general tidy however issues occurred when we returned home regarding waste being left and a stain on the couch (which was the main issue). I explained I didn't notice when the stain occurred and communicated that with the Property Manager however I felt the tone on the return email wasn't very nice. We expected the apartment would be cleaned when we left (as they always have to do and we felt we paid a good bit for our stay so assuming service charge is included). I did not polish or hoover on departure as cleaning has to occur. I did do a general clean up. Regarding the stain I explained that perhaps my 5 year old sat on the couch with sun cream as it was the only thing I could think of (I am still unsure as we were not in the apartment that much) and tried to explain that. She then proceeded to say that I should have taken pictures on arrival if I felt the stain was there before I arrived. To be honest when I arrive the last thing on my mind is taking pictures especially of stains (however maybe now I will do so - this hasn't happened before). To me a holiday home is for living in whilst you are there obviously taking the best care of it. Reflecting back perhaps this apartment isn't for kids as things happen and its hard to know how? I did not mind the complaint but did mind the tone of the email. I felt it wasn't very nice and she wanted to keep the deposit anyways. It is one word against another. I would warn others to ensure that the apartment is checked over by the manager on departure (even if he is in a rush) as its your word against their's after. Maderno is a lovely town and Lake Garda is very beautiful.

Un angolo di Paradiso sul Lago di Garda

Soggiorno indimenticabile e giudizio strapositivo. Location ideale per famiglie (come la nostra) che cercano riposo tra la rigogliosa natura del posto con un tuffo nella storia che fu. Appartamento delizioso con ogni optional, una piscina vera con relativo solarium utilizzabile praticamente tutto il giorno, garage e bici messi a disposizione dalla proprietaria in grado di far dimenticare davvero l'automobile. Tra Salò e Limone sul Garda, Toscolano Maderno e la Casa dei Limoni hanno davvero regalato a me e alla mia famiglia sette giorni di autentico relax. Grazie Salvatore Di Simone

Sehr saubern, sehr gepflegt. Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Toscolano. Der Kontakt mit den Ansprechpersonen hat gut geklappt. Es sind sehr nette, hilfsbereite Leute. Die abschließbare Garage im Untergeschoss ist schon Luxus. In der Garage befinden sich auch die drei zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, nicht so überladen wie sonst häufig bei Ferienwohnungen. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Matratze im großen Schlafzimmer. Die Schlafcoach im Wohn-Essbereich entspricht allerdings nicht dem sonstigen Standard der Wohnung. Die Federn quietschen, die Matratze war dünn. Die Anlage einschließlich Pool war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Dadurch, dass viele Eigentümer die Wohnungen nutzen, war der Poolbereich fast immer leer. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Genussvoll abschalten und Kraft tanken

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ansprechend. Die Anlage ist familiär mit einem Garten und Pool zum träumen. Alles da , was man so braucht. Zwei Balkone garantieren Frühstück oder Abendessen im Schatten. Das Auto sicher in der eigenen Garage abgestellt. Bäcker und Metzger sind gleich um die Ecke. Das beste sind die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder, so umgeht man für manch kurze Ziele ( zb Heller Garden in Gardone Riviera oder Bummel in Salo) den unvermeidlichen stauigen Verkehr am See und der Strand ist mit Gepäck schneller erreicht als fussläufig. Um diese Jahreszeit wohltuend ruhig. Die gesamte Anlage ist on top. Es wohnen ja schließlich Residents dauernd dort. Gerne einmal wieder.
