Great property. Very comfortable.

In town for family reunion. Chris place was centrally located and close to all surrounding areas and made it easy to visit family and friends in St. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater, Fish Hawk, Valrico, New Tampa, and Springhills. I have stayed in many vacation rentals. Upon arrival, the place was immaculately clean and very modern. Chris was very helpful and accommodating. He made himself available for any questions or concerns throughout our stay. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that offers a variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores etc... nearby. I am looking forward to returning to this home as I continue to visit my family and friends in the area.

We absolutely loved staying here. The home is modern, clean, in a great location, and perfect for families. Our children loved the local community park, pool, tennis courts, and hiking trail all close by. The house has some amazing technology in place, but still easy to use and made the stay even more comfortable. The location is great for going to Tampa, Orlando, Ocala, Fort Myers and south Florida and locally is close to many stores. Best of all, the host was absolutely fantastic, a super host in our opinion. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return some day.
