A beautiful house in a fantastic location with only 400 meters walking distance to the long stretch of white sand and turquoise water at Alcudia beach.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one master suite with a walk in closet, one bedroom with 2 separate beds and a very nice terrace facing the garden and pool and another bedroom with a 140 cm bed also facing the garden and pool. There is a good size bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is also an additional terrace facing the mountain side. In addition to this, we provide a baby cot as well as an extra bed if needed. For safety of small children, we have safety gates in the stair well.
Downstairs you find a very nice and fresh living room with modern furniture. 2 very comfortable sofas to watch the many channels on Smart TV or just to relax. There is a dining table suited for 6. Baby high chair and toddler chair is also available.
It’s a good size kitchen fully fitted with dishwasher and microwave and you can find everything you need to prepare all your meals during the day. There is also a door with direct access to the garden and outside dining area. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, an iron board and iron adjacent to the kitchen.
You will also find a bathroom with a shower on this floor.
The beautiful garden offers a good size saltwater swimming pool, a refreshing grassy area with a lovely big olive tree where you can relax in the shade. You will also find an outdoor shower to freshen up perhaps after the beach. In addition, there is also a nice built-in barbeque where you can cook up a big meal for your family and friends.
The garden is the perfect place to enjoy your meals anytime during the day - there is a big sized teak table with a large parasol suited for 8 people or even a few more. After your meal you can relax on the terrace in the very comfortable lounge area, perhaps listen to your favorite music from your phone connected with the bluetooth speakers outdoors.
All 3 bedrooms and the living room has air conditioning - and of course you have wi-fi.
This total package will enable you to have an amazing and relaxing holiday that will hopefully make you come back soon again.

Lovely Villa with pool in a good location.

The villa was exactly as advertised and equipped to a very high standard with plenty of crockery, utensils and added extras. Also spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was very effective, as it was exceptionally hot during our weeks stay. The garden and pool were well used and ate outside for all our meals, using the BBQ. The owner Jose made us so welcome and told us to use any of the tomatoes, peppers and herbs that were growing in the garden. He also left us a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit. The villa is situated in a quiet area near to the beach and lots of good restaurants and supermarkets. We came as family of 6 and would like to thank Jose for making us so welcome "a real home from home" vacation. Wish we could have stayed for another week. John and family from Bristol, England.

Nydelig sted i Alcudia.

Vi hadde en veldig deilig ferie i dette huset. Kommunikasjonen med huseier fungerte flott, vi ble møtt da vi ankom huset. Jose hadde kjøpt inn frukt og drikke, vi følte oss veldig velkomne. Det er ca 400 m å gå til stranda, mellom der ligger det restauranter, apotek og butikker. Strøket huset ligger i er rolig. Bassenget brukte vi masse. Hagen er helt avskjermet, vi spiste alle måltidene ute. Fra kjøkkenet går det dør rett ut til grillen og spiseplassen, så det var praktisk og enkelt med matlaging. I hagen er det urtebed vi bare kunne bruke. I nærheten ligger det en liten fjelltopp, Jose tipset oss om veien opp dit, en ypperlig trimtur med fantastisk utsikt. Gamlebyen i Alcudia ligger ca 10 min med bil unna, den anbefales! Alt fungerte fint med vårt leieforhold, velger du dette huset får du en fin ferie.

Fast perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Dieses Haus im Süden von Alcudia ist liebevoll eingerichtet und außerordentlich gepflegt. Wir wurden durch einen üppigen Obstkorb begrüßt. Die Küche verfügt über eine vollständige Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, eine Tiefkühltruhe und leistungsstarke Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen und im Wohnzimmer. Es gab Treppengitter als Schutz für kleine Kinder und ein Reisebettchen für unseren Jüngsten (1 Jahr alt). Unsere Kinder (8-11 Jahre alt) waren kaum aus dem Pool zu bekommen, der erst kürzlich neu gemacht wurde. Obwohl das Haus direkt am Wasser liegt, hatten wir kein nennenswertes Mückenproblem, der Eigentümer stellte dennoch Anti-Mücken-Stecker zur Verfügung. Der schöne Sand-Strand ist etwa 400m zu laufen, der nächste Supermarkt (Eroski) ebenfalls. Für einen guten Obst-/Gemüseladen und eine Bäckerei (beide in der Av. Tucà) braucht man ein Auto, in der Carr. Pollentia in Alcudia gibt es einen Mercadona, der eine gute Fleisch- und Fischauswahl bietet. Der Markt in Alcudia (Dienstag und Sonntag) ist einen Besuch wert. Wer nicht direkt am Flughafen ein Auto mieten möchte, hat in Laufdistanz die Auswahl unter mehreren verschiedenen Autovermietern vor Ort. Der Eigentümer ist ausgesprochen nett und ein absolut integrer Mann. Er hatte jede Menge guter Tips und war für jede Frage und jedes Problem jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten und Danke José für seine Gastfreundschaft.

We kept coming back year after year and finally our dream come through. We love great food and wine and the lovely beaches wherever you go. To just sit in the shade and read a good book or just to hang out in the pool. This is a place to relax and to spoil yourself.

Location, location, location! We love the area because of it’s beauty and easy access to everything you need. This is a home where you will be able to relax and have a very comfortable vacation. Our house is furnished with modern and good quality, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and to set a stylish table. The lounge area is our favorite....a must hang out during the warm summer days and evenings, and of course the refreshing swim in the pool. The location is fantastic as you only have 400m to walk to the beautiful beach.
Everything is close by, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurangs, etc....yet at the same time it's a very quiet and relaxing area.
