Where do I start! Absolutely disgusting customer service and false advertising.. firstly we arrived with minimal information on directions to apartment as it was past midnight we had to pick up keys from a hotel 20 min drive away so out of the question if your not driving. It only got worse. I’d emailed 2 days prior to arrival to ask for a few spare pillows due to me being heavily pregnant and was assured there would be. Unfortunately there was one pillow only per person. The advert said a pool was available it didn’t state this pool was only open the end of June onwards so we had no pool for our children. No sunbeds to sit out. No car parking space which is advertised to. We was offered a pool to use in the mad part of Benidorm 20 min drive away or 55 min walk. When we finally arrived it was on top of a big hen and stag bar and was so loud and rude. For three days we had no hot water and constantly had to ring for this to be fixed to shower our children. There’s a kettle and coffee machine and no cups, no iron, no coat hangers and dirty bath towels. The apartment was dirty in general the floor was filthy. No WiFi we was promised this would be fixed to but never was so we had no tv as it was a smart tv. The apartment under right management could be really nice what a shame it’s so poorly managed. As the company was that extremely rude (even laughed at me) I contacted home and away who over two days argued my point for me that the apartment is falsely advertised but the company still wouldn’t help us. Thankfully home and away got us a new apartment with a decent company and we enjoyed our remaining few days. We always use an apartment or a villa but this is by far the most poorly managed we have come across. Customer service is disgusting. Please don’t use this company!
