This place is in a charming location overlooking the Looe river with views out to sea. Perfect for watching the world go by and very romantic looking at night when lit up. The apartment was very well presented and was spotlessly clean. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

An excellent place to stay, about a quarter of a mile from Porthcurnick beach. Very good accommodation, clean and well provided. Very quiet and relaxing. As a disabled person who has to rely on a wheelchair for mobility, the cottage was well set out and easy to move around in.

We rented the house for 2 families for a short break. Amazing facilities, spacious house, very clean and 2 minute walk from local beaches. The kids loved visiting the sand dunes.
House had everything you could want, highly recommend.

we all enjoyed the stay in our barn. Everything was there and we felt like home. Our son Lukas (11 years old) was very happy to find some friends in the nice and very green garden around the house: two ducks and three chicken.

Thanks Clyde for all those special touches! We've had a great time & enjoyed the cottage. Going back in time is brill! Lots of things to see round & about - give our love to Ginger & the hens!

There is probably nothing new to write about Bishops Quay. Everyone that has ever stayed there will know what I mean. It is difficult to describe it without seeming gushy or overly effusive but trust me - it is the most beautiful, peaceful, tranquil place you will ever visit and to spend some time...

This was our second stay, and the barn is still absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and with a very warm welcome by the owners.

This is such a good place to stay we are planning to go back again. It is really great (and unusual) to find somewhere that I do want to return...

We stayed for 3 nights as we wanted to visit the Eden project which was about 10 miles away. The place was comfortable, clean and had most things that one would need. We enjoyed the wooden fire place which was cosy and the peaceful surrounding.

We had a lovely week, despite the patchy April weather. We found the villa very comfortable, in such a peaceful setting with the lovely garden and woods, and it had everything we could possibly need, plus a bit more besides.

We have had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. Everything you think you will need is here – you have thought of everything. Buildings are beautiful, set in stunning scenery & you’ve all been so helpful. Thanks a million!

The apartment was exquisite and the view extraoridnary. All our expectations were met since we desscription we got from the web was accurate. The communications with the owner were easy and informative. The welcome paket was perfect.

Our compliments to Sue! The house was exactly, if not better, as described online. The pictures are absolutely true and the house has a warm, contemporary atmosphere just like you would imagine. Very clean and tastefully designed and maintained!

Stayed with 8 other members of my family for 4 nights over New Year 2011/2012. The property is both large enough and equiped enough to cater for large groups. Plenty of seating and bathrooms + the kitchen is very well stocked.

Wir waren zu dritt in der Woche vom 06.08. - 13.08.2011 bei Allison und Seldon. Es war ein herzlicher Empfang nach all den km, die man von Deutschland aus zurückgelegt hatte. Die schöne Ferienwohnung entschädigte aber auch sofort für die Strapazen. Seldon erklärte alles, was wir wissen mußten.

There are many occasions in life when things don't quite live up to expectations.
We had high expectations of this apartment due to the photographs we saw online when we booked. I am happy to say this property exceeded ALL our expectations and is quite simply fabulous.
On arrival we were met...

What a fantastic cottage. The pics don't do it justice - it's made from lots of wood including ships beams and has all the character that goes with it.
Looe is a quaint little village tucked into the Cornish coastline.

Wir haben im Juli 2010 eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist urgemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet,der Garten ist ein Paradies für die Kinder.
Karen und ihr Mann stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

An absolutely wonderful place- both the location and accomodation were great!

Accommodation:
The building is split so the the owners live at one end, the apartment is in the middle and this cottage at the end. This meant that we could park our car in the ample drive next to our door.

Beautiful cottage with fantastic facilities. Lovely hosts always at hand when needed. Logan Rock Inn a perfect pub/restaurant - food stunning and we made a good use of it - Anita a star!! We hope to come back at some point. Thanks

thank you. We have had a wonderful time in Boscastle - such a lovely welcoming place. We have enjoyed exploring Cornwall by day and evenings spent reading and playing games by the fire. It will be hard to leave this cosy cottage.

Colmers View is all you could wish for in a holiday retreat. It is quite, airy and spacious, situated in beautiful rolling countryside. The views are wonderful.The host is friendly and welcomming. My wife is in a wheelchair and we found the cottage wheelchair friendly.

Very nice, clean cottage in excellent location

We stayed in the Farmhouse which is next door to the Cornish Cottage and don't feel the description did it justice! It was awesome, with so many traditional features, wonderful gardens and fantastic views of the countryside.
