Holiday started well with a kind & helpful welcome from the housekeeper. The layout of the house was intriguing, having 4 floors in a 2 storey house. The house (almost on the beach) was beautifully maintained & decorated, and had contemporary furnishings.

Great weekend – the flat was perfectly positioned and provided a great base to explore Brighton.Thank you.

Fantastic views from the well designed and comfortable upstairs living area. Perfect for four adults in two double bedrooms and three children in third bedroom. Fourth bedroom less desirable. The 'bathroom with sky views' in the gallery of photos doesn't seem to exist.

I cannot recommend this beautiful city home highly enough! The attention to detail and ease of booking from start to finish was second to none.

This cottage is very peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful views with plenty of fields to walk around and explore. The chickens make you feel you are on an actual farm and are a nice touch. The cottage is very clean and is very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay.

15 of us stayed in this property for 3 nights to celebrate my daughter's forthcoming wedding. The house is very nicely decorated; the beds super-comfy with plenty of pillows to go round and was spotlessly clean on our arrival.

Thank you again on our second visit. I think we've managed to leave without accidently taking any bits of washing machine with us this time... Looking forward to being back at Christmas!

The Cart Shed is perfect in every way.Its in a beautiful location with lovely views of the countryside.Its a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.Lots of lovely walks nearby and National Trust houses to visit.We did not want to leave as its just a very special place and deserves 5 stars.

we spent a long weekend at the property. everything about the property and the way that we were treated by the owner was first rate. the pool was very popular with the whole party including the children. there is plenty to do in the area for the family and there are good places to eat.

We stayed as a party of 13 at East Pallant House for two nights in June and were very sad to leave, we loved it that much! Everybody was totally blown away with the size of the house and the space allowed us to all be together but have our own privacy (and a lot of bathrooms to fight over!)

My family and I (2 adults, 2 teen girls) stayed here April 4th to 13th 2013 (9 nts). Arriving Thursday night found a comfortable looking cottage & generous food hamper, great for first dinner. We were staying here to be in a family wedding (3 in the house in the bridal party).

We stayed at Rubens Barn for three nights. The first was as a couple for our wedding anniversary and the second two nights with our son. The great thing about this property is that it fit both requirements brilliantly. It is snug and romantic and yet robust enough to cope with an energetic 8 year...

The cottage is the most beautiful place in the world. we enjoyed our holidays very much and hope sometimes to come back again. , Many many thanks. There were many tears at the departure.

We had a lovely weekend staying in this apartment. It is well furnished and very clean. There was plenty of space for 4 of us, with a bedroom and a decent sofa bed. There was also outdoor space which was really nice to have after a busy day out in Brighton!

The location was great.

We spent a week here in mid-April along with our little dog. The location is suburb and the accommodation is really spacious and well turned out. We loved the kitchen dining area, which was a favourite place to sit in the afternoon with the sun out.

I booked the house for a group of 21 on a hen do and it was absolutely perfect for us. There's loads of space inside, kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms are all a good size. The house was really clean when we got there and my deposit was refunded in full the day we checked out.
