We loved the Beach front property. I have a few sons and they loved skipping rocks on the water. However the roof is caving in. Which was a little concerning. The refridgerator ran non stop and the floors are uneven. The screen on the door in missing and the furniture is out dated and tearing.

This is a must for a vacation rental. The owner was very sweet and inviting. Lynne's accommodations were great. For instance, she went so far to have laundry detergent in the appartment, games, ect...I highly recommend this property. It was very relaxing and the view was amazing.

This house was Great, nice and clean. Kitchen had everything but mixer and a blender. The view of the lake was wonderful. I would love to stay there again. Thank you Kim for letting us stay at your home.

We rented this cottage for a family/friend concert weekend and had people coming from out-of-state. The cottage was gorgeous inside and managed to fit us all, rather comfortably. It was only a half hour or so from Darien Lake where the concert was.

My husband and I are celebrating our 40th anniversary and wanted to find a quiet location to relax. This little home was perfect. Everything was fresh and clean and Maureen and Darcy were so nice to make us feel at home. The location is perfect for getting a "feel" for New York...
