This is a great house to rent. Our family had a really good vacation and everything was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. This would be a sure place to rent for a second time when we go next.

After a long journey, it was very pleasing to arrive at a property that looked just like the adverts. The overall condition of the property was excellent and the furnishing very comfortable and clean. We would recommend this property for a holiday to our family and friends.

The townhouse was very nice and had everything we needed. There was a lot to do within walking distance, Old Town and Fun Spot as far as amusements, plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. which made it nice with teenagers. Also plenty within a short drive.

Townhome was exactly as described. Many amenities, with comfortable accomodations. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Next door to Old Town and Fun Spot. Very clean. Easy access to parks. Highly recommend. Will not be disappointed.

We stayed in Simons house this past summer. It was a perfect house for us with everything we needed. The house was well taken care of and everything worked. It is close to Disney and there was a lot of activities in walking distance. The kids loved the pool.

Our stay at Kissimmee was awesome! The property is good, clean and well maintained. Internet wi-fi was working properly and all of us were satisfied. Close to many restaurants, pharmacy and a Wal Mart. For a group of 8 it was perfect.
