We just returned home from a two night stay at this cabin. It was FABULOUS!!!! The cabin is extremely clean, well-furnished, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and outside deck. It is nicely decorated and we were very comfortable.

My son and I had a great 3 day stay at the cabin? Can't beat the location!!! Right on the banks of the Verde River and it was great falling asleep to the rush of the water going by outside the bedroom window. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need.

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids, and a dog) stayed here for two nights. The description of the condo is spot on. The surroundings are beautiful and the stream is nice to listen to. The condo was extremely well stocked in every aspect.

We had a small group of family and friends for a snowy getaway and enjoyed this beautiful home. This home is fairly isolated on the side of a hill with breathtaking views night and day. It was a relaxing atmosphere and Karen was easy to work with during the rental process.

The day of our planned arrival (mid-March), Payson experienced ten inches of snow, and highways were closed. So unfortunately we weren't allowed an actual experience at the property. Though our get-away together had to be cancelled, Anita was very gracious about reconciling the situation.

Everything went very well.
The property is perfectly setup for a group of 15 people or so to get together such as a reunion or wedding.
We also caught five largemouth bass in the pond.

This place is outstanding, what fun to be in the middle of all mother nature has to offer with such easy access. All the amenities are so homey and comfortable. This is a must for anyone.

My husband and I wanted to get out of the heat for a few days, but didn't want a long drive. Jenny's cabin was wonderful. Secluded but yet close enough to Pine if you needed something. First day we arrived it was raining (which we loved) and then the weather was great.

We just came back from 3 days at this beautiful home and if you want peace and quiet this is the place! The house has a nice deck in front, comfortable furnishings and everything you could want inside. We saw elk, cattle and many hummingbirds.

The photos don't do this cabin justice. It is beautiful, cozy with great attention to detail. Just about everything you need is right there, with clear instructions for working the pellet stove, putting the trash out, etc. I had no issues with any part of the rental process.

Our family consisting of my husband and son and of course our golden retriever all had en enjoyable stay as we always do for the past three years. We would not be coming back otherwise.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is spacious and comfortable. The sledding hill was a blast. The ping pong table and billiard table was a lot of fun. The owner was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this cabin.

We had a wonderful time. The cottage is very private and is far enough off the road that you have a sense of seclusion. The inside was very well stocked and clean. The forest is at the back door and there is a graded road that makes for a 1.4 mi.

Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin near Payson. We did not know what to expect and this cabin is great. It is a very nice area with a stream nearby which is great for walks. For us, the highlights were the great basement w/ a full entertainment center, pool table, bar. Just awesome.

Our first time stay at WD Ranch,we love the cabin,property very clean and maintained, Jim and Mary very helpful they came to visit us make sure we need anything,we thought that it was so pleasant ,the cabin not too far from all attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy cabin. Three generations were comfortably housed. The cabin was clean and well-equipped with everything a family would need. We enjoyed our evening walks through the neighborhood and watching the hummingbirds and squirrels.
