I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Chaffee Cottage! The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. All of the attention to detail, from the comfy chaise for reading in the sun room to the thoughtful gift bag when we arrived, made for a wonderful and relaxing...

Lovely Home, Clean, beautiful, plenty of parking and privacy. Fully Equiped with anything you could possibly need or want (even the weather was perfect!). Incredible views and a picture perfect private beach to watch the sunset or have a campfire. Spent a fabulous long weekend with 4 friends.

Group of old friends came to LC, rhode island's best kept secret, for a birthday party and had an all out great time. This house has all you need, on a huge piece of tree lined land. Our group was comfortable, happy and just felt like we had all we needed here. The cottage is also adorable.

This house is spacious, bright and clean, clean, clean with beautiful views and pretty landscaping. Little Compton is a great area with lots of different beaches to explore.

We just completed a wonderful week in Little Compton. Pictures don't do it justice - this is an incredible location. The lawn is very large and perfect for frisbee, bocce, wiffle ball, etc. I could spend the rest of my life taking in the view from the deck with a drink in hand.

The house we stayed in was very well appointed. The biggest drawback was the distance to the beach and small town centre. luckily, there isn't any traffic in LC so it wasn't that big of a deal.

The house was clean, well layed out and relaxing. It was a good deal for us.

We spent 4 weeks at this lovely home (the first week of July and then 3 weeks beginning mid-July). Upon our arrival, we found the home was spotless, decor lovely, and the house well-appointed. The view is fantastic and the walk to the beach an easy stroll.

The owner was most pleasant, accomodating and easy to work with. Their roadside stand was superb and the sandwiches at Wilma's was scrumptious!!! We enjoyed the area and the rest and relaxation. However, the house could use some updating, interior paint and new wallpaper.

We had a fantastic vacation here, so quiet and secluded we had Quicksand pond to ourselves. We went crabbing, kayaked to Goosewing beach and just relaxed. Great farm stands near by and fish market in Westport. The cottage has great views and the deck was incredible!

Our group consisted of 8 people, from 2 yrs old to 83 yrs old, and the house fit us perfectly!! There was plenty of room to spread out! While some enjoyed just watching the boats on the water while sitting on the porch, others loved the space to run, play, and climb on the rocks around the yard...

We had a wonderful, wonderful time here—6 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The harbor really is your front yard, and the lawn itself is huge and sunny and breezy and a great place for kids to run around and for grown-ups to have drinks.

Most places look much nicer on line than they do in person, but Rick and Bev's house on Clover Meadow Road is better in person. It's beautifully decorated and has a well equipped kitchen for cooking family meals. Both bedrooms are comfortable relaxing spaces with good reading lights.

We spent a lovely week at The Pond View cottage.

If you want to relax and unwind here's the place. If you want to shop and be close to "touristy" attractions this isn't it. Stay in Newport. This is a modern cottage tastefully furnished (think Pottery Barn or Restoration...

We were unable to afford an ocean view rental. After staying here last summer we were more content to spend long days at the beach and retreat back to this house in the country. The photos listed here don't even show my favorite part...

Beautiful beachfront property. The porch is a wonderful way to start the morning with a cup of coffee, the waves, sunrise, singing birds and rabbits in the yard. The beach is pristine, good waves, not crowded. An added bonus is 3 diving boards built into the beach rocks for jumping, the kids loved...
