This home was the perfect spot for our Vineyard vacation. The space was great for two families and we all loved the location- quiet and relaxing yet close to everything. The windows and porches gave the home a great, beach feel and you could hear the ocean every night.

We wanted to get away and relax in the beauty of the Vineyard. What we discovered was a gorgeous home in the perfect location. We spent our days walking on the beach (the beach is so close that you can walk right over) or riding to the town on our bikes, and our evenings relaxing in the comfort...

This house was beautiful, well furnished and as described in the listing, it exceeded my expectations. The house was very clean and well maintained inside and out, the grounds were also well kept by a lawn service. We had all we needed for a nice family vacation at this property.

Excellent accommodations with everything that was promised....perfect spot for those that want location, size, and amenities....

I could go on for ever but I rather say "Book" and enjoy the best spot on the Vineyard.....

We just finished our 4th year in a row renting this great house. It is perfect for our family of five. The house is immaculate. Location is great. It is a short drive to South Beach, downtown Edgartown, the fish market and Stop and Shop.

The open, well-lit and spacious floor plan allows for great socialization and interaction among guests. It easily slept 6 of us with room to spare. The deck provides ample outdoor entertainment and the external maintenance is immaculate.

We had a family reunion with children of all ages and this house was great thanks to its multitude of compartmentalized spaces. The bedroom count, extra TV room and rooftop deck allowed everyone in our group to find a place to sit and relax.

Your house was a pleasure to stay in and its location very convenient for my kids to bike to the beach or into Edgartown.

My family and I spent the last week of June this year on Martha's Vineyard. Although the weather could have been better, we still had a great time. Bernie and Richards' house is so comfortable that even if you are confined to stay inside, you still will have a great time.

We had a wonderful week long experience in a house that virtually has everything you need. It is a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping in an absolutely perfect location. Just a short walk to the diner and a longer walk to South Beach.

This house is in a great location, perfectly situated between the beach and Edgartown. Both the town and the beach were easily accessible from the bike path at the end of the street. The house itself is modern, recently renovated and was spotless. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

The view from the deck is unbelievable and the location is very peaceful and relaxing. The house was the perfect spot our family vacation. The property is on a quiet dead-end dirt road with no traffic at all just a few bikes from time to time, which is what a Katama vacation is all about.

This wonderful house was even better than we expected: so comfortable, large, very clean and had every kitchen contraption one could need. Loved the outdoor shower and having a washer/dryer. House is about a mile from Katama Beach - best beach for waves on the island.

Wow! What a great visit. Jan was more than accommodating and was responsive and courteous. The house is in a great location a short drive from South and State beach and a short stroll from town to catch a movie, live music on the harbor, or great food at Newes, Wharf Pub, or the Seafood Shanty.

This was a nice property - clean and uncluttered. The pool gets sunshine most of the day and is a nice feature for older children when you don't want to go to the beach. The deck is also very nice for outdoor dining and relaxing. The location is very convenient to town, shopping and the beach.

We really enjoyed our vacation at your Vineyard house. It is decorated so beautifully and was really quiet. It was a very quick ride into town and to South Beach.

Not a single detail is overlooked in this sparkling, spotless, beautifully appointed home. It reminds me of a Four Seasons property: that is how high the quality of decor, furnsihings, line and towels are. The owners even have a gigantic basket of oils, soaps, shampoos, lotions and potions to...

We had a wonderful time at the Vineyard. Renting your house made our stay so much more enjoyable. It was like home to us while we were there. I’m so glad that I found your website and rented your house.

This neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous. We felt so fortunate to be able to find a rental like this in this area. Our kids rode their bikes all around. We brought our wagon for the kids to walk to South Beach. We just put in the kids, our beach blanket and a lunch and enjoyed the day.

This is not your typical rental - It's in outstanding shape and the owners take great pride in thier home. It was like staying at a friend's house. Wait till you see the view, deck and sunroom = simply devine. In addition, the yard is pristine. Everything was perfect.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, very spacious and comfortable. Two decks and beautiful view of the Farm Institute.
Very private setting, dead end road

I stayed here in April. The house was very clean, well cared for with a very kind owner who was very helpful. I would recommend. We spend days at South beach, exploring the island, went to a poetry reading at Che's cafe, and got great fishing advice from Coop at Coop's Tackle shop.
