We loved this house! Everything we needed was in this home and a bonus were the many beach towels for the pool. We also loved that the kitchen and family room were next to each other so the family could always be together, if they wanted.

We all had a great time!! The house and pool were beautiful and clean. The location was perfect not to far from the parks and stores. Ouir children are 5, 8 and 15 years old. We all loved the pool, toys, hot tub, pool table and the xbox.

We stayed for 5 days in this house. We are an older couple and have limited mobility. We found it very easy to get around. My husband uses a walker and I need a cane, and there were only a couple of places where we had to step up. They have several chairs that you can kick out to elevate your feet.

Unbeatable location to the Disney Parks, Villa Captiva is literally 10 minutes drive to Disney Hollywood Studios and a couple more to the other Disney parks. Seaworld and Universal are up the I4 but we were at both within 20 to 30 minutes.

The Oasis is perfect. Our family of 6 and furry friend enjoyed our stay. It is the perfect distance from the Disney parks, as well as close to all of our shopping needs. Our children loved their bedrooms and the pool. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious.

Just would like to say that we would highly recommend this holiday house. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood with park out the back, but also within a short drive to the Theme Parks, Outlet Shops and most of the other popular attractions in the Orlando area.

This is one of the best homes we have stopped in,although all the homes we have rented from Gemstone have been first class.The service we have had from Gemstone is outstanding,and we intend to rent from them again. Thank you Mary for the excellent service and will see you again soon.

I just wanted to make sure to let you know how much we truly enjoyed your home during our week long stay in Florida. It was very clean and well kept. Very close to all the attractions but far enough away that you are not troubled by a lot of traffic.

Home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed and house was well stocked with towels (note: that you will need to bring/buy toilet paper.) We loved having an alarm in the house. We found the location convenient to the Disney theme parks.

Close to Disney and Sea World. Great place to come home to. Clean and comfortable. Nice, clean, private pool. Quiet neighborhood. Owners and management very helpful. Game room was AWESOME! Wish we had more time to spend in the house.

Doreen's house was PERFECT! The listing & pictures couldn't have been more accurate. We had plenty of room. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a more perfect house to spend our family vacation! 5 minutes to Walt Disney World.

We've stayed in vacation homes before, but none of them had EVERYTHING that this home did! The owner has thought of everything! We were so happy that it was so clean, the pool was well taken care of, the neighborhood was safe and friendly, and the girls in the office were so helpful.

This house was not very clean and definitely over priced. I have stayed in several other rental houses in the disney area and this one is on the low end. The pictures make the house look amazing, but when you step inside I was disappointed.

We stayed here and were so amazed at the upgrades. The private pool area was the favourite place for my kids. Outside of the pool area is a large enclosed lawn area , great for kids to play in. The beds are new and were so comfortable.

A Fantastic home, the pool is outstanding with the jacuzzi too!,there is plenty of room in the four bedrooms, our girls shared a twin and the boys had a room each, the 2 master bedrooms with ensuite facilities are superb, we couldnt fault the property.
