Our stay was pleasant, even though our family was incomplete due to the death our grandmother, and I had not purchased the cancellation insurance, my husband and I proceeded with the mini vacation without our extended family. The rental property was nice, it had everything you needed and more.

This house was a disappointment to us. We found it very dirty and we had a problem with ants while we were there.

We arrived on 2-15-2013 and stayed until 3-02-2013. The house was large inside and very clean. The pool was excellent. It was convenient for shopping and activities. It was a very quiet area. You heard very little noise at all. They have a great little park with in a block you can walk to.

It's a great house, very beautiful and it's full equipped.
The pool area is also great with the Jacuzzi and the big pool.
Wallmart is only 3 minutes away. And you reach all important attractions like Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World within half an our or less.

This was the best vacation rental, we've stayed in. The house is as described plus more; the private pool, the room numbers and sizes, the location (close to all attractions and local shopping). All you need to bring are your clothes and groceries; everything else is there.

Have just returned from a two week stay with my husband, teenage children and my mother. The villa looked promising on the website and lived up to and exceeded my expectations. The ,location is in a quiet, safe area that is close enough to all the main attractions yet is still peaceful and...

This villa, we can only recommend. The location is very central, can be reached at max. 25 minutes all amusement parks. The house is well maintained and nothing is missing. We are determined to come back. The contact with the owner was very pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

We visit Orlando every year with my 2 children and have stopped in everything from motels, condos and villas. This Villa is ideally situated for everything Kissimmee, Orlando and both coasts has to offer with the added bonus of a Walmart 1mile away.

We stayed here along with 18month old and it was great...everything that was needed was provided...very welcoming after a long flight, very clean and in an ideal location also found the owners very pleasant and easy to deal with!

well i have stayed in this villa every year and plan on coming back we have a dog that comes with us it was no problem for this house that was great i enjoyed the free internet and the amazing pool and spa but you could probably turn up the heat a little next time were there in august but other...

This being our first Villa holiday in Florida, we were a little nervous to say the least about booking direct with the owner. Stephen was extremely helpful from the onset and put us at ease...

We (4 adults/2 teens/ 1 child) had a great holiday in Florida and enjoyed having this villa as our base very much. The property is as described, and a little more spacious than we had expected. rooms are all very comfortable and the villa was very clean throughout.

This villa surpassed all our expectations, perfect location to shops,main interstates and attractions. Situated in a quiet location, it's the perfect place to unwind after a long day of taking in all that Orlando has to offer, the pool also helped with that!

We had a great time staying here for just over a week (wish it could have been longer).
This villa has everything you need and much more for a great stay in Florida, Walmart on the doorstep for groceries and bargain souveniers, really easy access to International Drive,Disney/Seaworld etc.

Fantastic house, well equipped, well kept. Owner is a gem - very helpful, very efficient, and easy to deal with. Cant think of anything we needed during our stay that wasnt there - including a great teapot for that all important cup of tea!!
