We were looking for a place that would be quiet and away from the busy city noises, surrouned by nature, but yet close to activities for kids and adults. This house turned out to be perfect for us. We had 2 little kids (6 and 3 years old) and five adults - all loved the place.

Had a group of 11 stay very comfortably at this house for three nights. This is the owner's full-time home, so it's got all the great amenities you would want post-tubing (a well-kept hot tub, hammock, great deck, plenty of bed space for sleeping).

We had an awesome time. The house was clean and served four ladies well since we had four bedrooms. The time spent on the porch was so relaxing and calm. There was plenty of room for us and we enjoyed every minute of it. Bobby was helpful from beginning to end showing us how to navigate the house...

It was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Dishes were adequate. There could have been a few more sitting places in living room with our crowd of 7, but otherwise perfect and I would certainly stay there again!

Great condo. Perfect location. I would recommend it highly to anyone.

It was more than amazing! The homes and property are gorgeous! Everything was well kept and all necessities were supplied. Chris was amazing to work with and responded to all questions and my thousand emails immediately. We will return soon!

Quiet, Idyllic setting right on the river surrounded by deer, turtles and cranes. Quaint cabin with not a single detail overlooked. The owner is very professional and accommodating . A genuine pleasure. Can't wait to stay here again!

We had a great 5 night stay. Property description and photos are accurate. Very clean and excellently maintained. The cottage was constructed around 2005. It is a solid structure made from quality materials. It is family owned, managed, and clearly maintained with care.

This is a fabulous house with a wonderful yard to enjoy with a large group. It was the yard that sold me on this place as there were plenty of seating arrangements that our group could enjoy. The use of the canoes and kayaks was a nice bonus.

When I stayed here in April, my group was using it as a get together of old friends. There were about 30 of us that stayed and enjoyed the property's close proximity to the Guadalupe River.

We had a fantastice experience and the size of the house made it ideal for a group of our size.

When we first walked in to the condo we were immediately impressed. It is decorated beautifully with very nice furniture and appliances. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and lunches and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance (even right next door)...

I really enjoyed the views, the water, the friendly people we met. We did stay during the off season for fly fishing so it was very quiet and peaceful. The cabin was spotless and was great sitting out on the porch listening to the water coming down the chute.

The queen bed I slept in downstairs in the big cabin was soooooo comfortable that I am headed to the store to get me one, this week, for EVERY night at home. It was amazing! The property is incredible too.

Overall, it was a good condo to stay at and very convenient to Gruene. My only recommendation would be to stock the rooms with hangers (no hangers in any of the rooms) and possibly some coffee filters (pre packaged coffee was provided)....but everyone enjoyed ourselves and would rent it again
