We absolutely LOVED our stay at your beautiful home. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and have to say, this was the best house we've stayed at. Everything was beautifully updated with quality material. It was beautifully furnished with quality furniture that was very comfortable.

Ross was a wonderful host and we truly enjoyed our stay in his home for almost 5 weeks. He was respectful, helpful and attentive to our needs. The home was spacious and everything was depicted accurately in the photographs. We loved having a backyard and being able to BBQ.

We LOVED our stay here! We were a big group-- 3 families with 6 adults and 3 kids. The home was more than spacious to accommodate all of us-- adults all had their own bedrooms and the kids made the 1st level family room their own (many thanks to nice Aeromatresses)!

We were married in Capistrano and chose this beach house because it fit us and the needs of our 8 grown children for this occasion. There was more than adequate space for the 10 of us, and we used every part of the home, kitchen & dining room, living room for game nights, backyard volleyball...

This oceanfront oasis is absolutely unbelievable! Spectacular views! It was the perfect location for all of our family to gather and relax. The house is light and airy. The floor plan is well designed for maximum privacy with a fully equipped bathroom to every bedroom.

Our kids loved all the toys and dvd's. They had a great time, they never got to go outside and explore the backyard we were always out during the day. You have a beautiful home in a very pleasant area. We felt in love with Dana Point and San Clemente.

Lovely home, comfortable, quiet with easy access to San Clemente without being in a "beachy" area.
The one block to beach is a little misleading because it is on hill and is not easy to reach by foot. However, the home itself is exactly as listed.

You will not find a better beach house in Orange County! We rented this home in late March 2013 with our kids (ages 7 and 8.) And though we've rented many times around the country through vrbo, we just cant say enough about this choice.

Our recent stay @ Capi Beach was incredible and truly exceeded our expectations. Little things such as seasonings for meal prep,shampoo,conditioner and hair dryers in every bath. Just returned from a wonderful week in Dana Point. We rented both units for a 50th birthday/family and friends get together. Kids played in the sand and ocean, grandparents stayed inside by the fire place and watched the fun while they stayed cozy warm.
