We stayed in February 2013. This is the second property we rented from Vadim. We liked this one even more. Same quality - very clean, great towels and sheets. The owner has included everything we would ever need during our stay.

I rented this house as a last minute decision when Fernwood Resort dropped my reservations. I look back now and I think having my reservations dropped was a blessing in disguise. The house was exactly as it looked in the picture. The kitchen is newly updated, which was a very nice touch.

Me and a group of friends just came back from a weekend at the Round House and simply put, it was AMAZING! The minute we walked in we were taken back by the beautiful kitchen (with an electric stove & dishwasher), cathedral ceilings, cozy, big living room and our beautiful views of the woods...

This house is a great place to stay for holiday weekends. The property was clean and well mentained. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy winter activities. Close to ski resorts (10 min), grocery stores, and liquor stores :-) It was a pleasure to deal with the owner.

I would recommended to anybody. The house was lovely...clean and comfortable. It had all I needed to have and amazing time. The owner and the staff were incredibly polite and diligent. The residential is very organize and the roads are very comfortable to drive.

I had planned a weekend ski trip with a few friends and this house was perfect for us. The house was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. Leo and Michelle were wonderful and made sure everything was nothing but great for us.

We arrived at 7pm and were greeted by deer on the front lawn. During our stay we saw turkey vultures, an owl, wild turkey and a few fawn . How great was that? Tim and Hala met us and showed us around the house. They were wonderful and very friendly.

Just got back form a family getaway (8 people) and had an amazing weekend thanks to Manny and his wonderful home. It was stocked with all the necessities as well as having a perfect spot for the firepit for us to cook smores and watch stars around.

This house is amazing! Lovely view; great amenities; incredibly comfortable beds; fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms; wi-fi; dog-friendly; clean; and very well priced. This house was awesome... It was beautiful and spacious.. When we arrived it was snowing hard, Valarie was soo sweet she came out to make sure we were ok and the next morning came back to shovel the snow out of the driveway for us.

Staying at this unit was like being at home. It was fully stocked with linens, cooking utensils, and plenty of nice towels. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The hot tub was awesome!!

I came here with a few friends for a birthday getaway. We had a great time. It was a great house, nicely furnished, comfortable and cozy. Very relaxing, spent the warm nights sitting outside on the porch till the sun came up, it was beautiful.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. It is deceptively large and open inside and had everything we needed. There is a nice sized lawn outside perfect for lawn games. There is a covered grilling area and the hot tub worked perfectly.

I had to book this trip on a very short notice and the owner was more than helpful getting this booked. All communication (email) were answered promptly!

The house was fantastic! We had a group of 8 guys who had a blast! The house is very open a spacious and great to host a party.

Our friends and we went this house for 4 days spring break vacation. 5 families really enjoyed so much. The owner is very helpful to give us all kinds of information we need. This is a very spacious and modern designed house, very sunny. The kitchen is very convenient to use too.

We all loved the house. It was very comfortable with everything that made a house a home. We would recommend it to other people.

The house was just as described. The layout is very roomy and comfortable for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The patio is very pretty and serene with the lake as a backdrop.

Me and my friends have spent here Memorial Day Weekend - and this place is definitely great for that .
There is plenty of space inside the house - even with 8 adults and 3 small kids running around .
The fact that this place has included acces to the pool , tenis court and my favorite Horse Back...

I needed this house for my parents & siblings (& families) for Thanksgiving. They came from all over the region and had plenty of parking space. Everyone just raved right away about the size & the furnishings! (Really made me look good.)

I've been putting off this review because I didn't want to sign up but I had to give props to the owner. We needed a last minute rental to hang out with the family during Easter break. The house is beautiful and immaculately maintained.

Very enjoyable mountain retreat close enough to parks and small town amenities. Nicely kept home with ample accomodations to sleep, launder and prepare meals. Opportunities to enjoy wildlife on spacious deck, comfortable interior living during inclement weather.

My husband, Chihuahua and I spent our Christmas Vacation at this wonderful holiday retreat. Steve, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with all the amenties of home. There is nothing you could want that he has not provided.
