This is our third week staying here and it is as fantastic as it was the first.
Apartment and hotel wonderful. Staff could not be more friendly. Spa facilities excellent.

Of course we had an enjoyable stay at your apartment.
Unfortunatelly at most of the time the waves were too big for comfortable swimming at the sea but we had spent few days at the beach.
However we had also great time at the pool, walked at the Sozopol and one day we had spend at the Nessebar...

We were a party of 8 peopletaking the whole chalet. 4 children and 4 adults.Kids ranging in age from 3 to 12.We stayed at the chalet from 28th Dec 09 to 4th Jan 10 and were there for the skiing.

Well i can quite honestly say we absolutely loved our stay in Bulgaria, the apartment was fantastic, it had everything you could possibly need and more, it was clean and had loads of room, the added bonus was it was quite shaded during the day so it was nice to sit on the patio and cool off from...

we went to this apartment in august 2012 we found the owner to be very good with info that we needed,there was 4 adults but we could sleep 6, we found the apartment to be very good all the appliances were up to date and worked, the info pack was spot on all the info that made our holiday special,...

Just returned from 10 days at Cape St Stefan Apartment - The major plus of this apartment is it's location with gorgeous sea views from the balcony. Other guests have commented on this but seeing is believing, just perfect for sitting out and relaxing.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Sunny Beach. The main thing that made our break so comfortable and enjoyable was our stay at this apartment. Even before we arrived, Alan (the owner) was so helpful (and patient) offering plenty of information and answers to questions I asked.

Bulgaria has really grown on me. I started coming out on business and has led to getting to know the area better. Marina Cape is fantastic, it's got everything I could wish for. The apartment is really lovely, well equipped (lots of nice extras).

The villa was lovely and exactly as per the website. Welcome pack was very welcome, and meant we were able to settle in for the evening after the travel,a nd find the supermarket the next day. Village is small and rural but very friendly and close to airport, beaches/resorts/supermarkets etc.

Four of us stayed here for a week in late April 2013. We used it as a base to explore and birdwatch the beautiful coastline of North East Bulgaria. The Villa was spacious, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Also the Wi-Fi was a real bonus.

We were a party of 10, 3 families with small children, and I must say the place couldnt have been more suited for our demands! The house is perfectly save and well equipped with anything needed (even baby cots), the A/C, the beautiful kitchen, the rooms with the astonishing views, and, of course,...

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Gardenia in Sozopol. The apartment is conveniently located at the ground floor close to the swimming pool and we found everything clean and in good working order. There is a small supermarket with bread, water and basic groceries within few minutes’ walk.

We stayed a week in this lovely apartment on a lovely quiet complex.... The shuttle bus is great so no real need for a car... Also Huben .. Local taxi driver... Offers a great service and won't over charge you. Would definetly recommend this place and will hopefully get chance to go back!

Wonderful apartment with larger than usual balcony and great seaview. Marina Cape has fantastic facilities and this apartment is in a quieter part of the complex facing the sea and therefore you can get the best of both worlds. Well equipped nicely furnished.

Thank - you Sheree for letting us use the apartments (both A05 & A06)... They are well located ,clean and tidy with a very very ( twice I know) good reception team who couldn't do enough to help .. Pepe was very helpfull lending me a pair of sallopetes when mine got ripped ..

Myself, my husband and my two children stayed in this beautiful villa last year. Very spacious with great accessibility to the bustling town of Sunny Beach. Would definitely recommend to both couples and families alike and am returning in June this year.

The villa is perfect for a big family or a holiday with friends. The furnitures and rooms are bright, spacious and well cared-for. There are only a few steps to the pool. Everything is tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpfull.
We were glad to have a car!

I'm from Berlin, Germany, but I guess more ppl speak english so I'll stick to that.

The villa looked too good on the pictures so we weren't even sure if it exists! Brandnew place stuffed with high-end equipment from expensive brands (Miele-dishwasher etc.)
Everything is very clean...

We have spent a few great days in the almost brand-new New Line Village complex at Sunny Beach (near Nessebar and Bourgas). It is lovely situated a few minutes walk above the beach side, we had a great sea view. Rooms in our 2 bedroom apartment were spacious and fully equipped with great taste.

We were met at the airport with a private taxi as arranged with the owners and taken straight to the apartment with some handy tips from the driver given along the way. The apartment is absolutly beautifully finished, large living/kitchen area, a wet room (brilliant shower) and a huge comfy double...

This was our 2nd skiing trip to Borovets for a long weekend and we decided to stay in a chalet rather than an apartment and we were not disappointed. The chalet was clean, warm and comfortable with the added benefit of a sauna.

Quedamos encantados con la casa, es acogedora, confortable y limpia. Nos encantó la luminosidad y las instalaciones de la piscina. Cocinamos en la barbacoa varios dias. Los dueños son muy amables y discretos, ofreciendote su ayuda y pendientes de lo que necesitas sin invadir tu intimidad.

This is our third time staying at this complex and we love it! We have two children aged 7 and 5, Tom and Martina's apartment is ideal being on the ground floor and has all the facilities for a fab holiday. There is an on site bar and shop, weekly BBQ and shuttle bus to Sunny Beach.
