We had 2 wonderful weeks in Casa Rosalinda and can really recommend the place and the apartment. Thanks to Licia and Luigna for excellent service from beginning to the end of our stay.

The apartment is perfect. It's very clean, very well maintained, everything you might need is there. It's quiet and safe. The terrace is wonderful. The owners are very helpful and very easy to contact.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and some really good gelateria's (our sons favourite was "Blue Ice" on the Viale Vasco de Gama). The beach is within walking distance and it's only a short walk to the railway station where you can catch the train to Ostia Antica (a must!) and Rome. Or to the beaches further south. There's absolutely no need for a car. We enjoyed our short holiday very much and we'd like to come back one day.

We've just spent a week at this this apt and it really is lovely. It is very clean, the furniture is comfortable and everything is in good working order. Everything you might need is provided. We took my 8 month old grandson with us and Luigina provided a cot and highchair, even a baby bath wrap!.

There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the train is an easy walk.

Luigina was very welcoming and helpful. We had a problem with the internet but she lent us a dongle so that we could get access anyway.

We had a great holiday and I would love to stay there again sometime.

Also inhaled the amazing seaside air which has been given to drink by aromas of grasses and flouwers.

All it very much was pleasant and has made our rest unforgettable.

The appartment was excellent. It had all the conveniences of home in a great location. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook meals for our family and baby son who had just commenced solids. The outdoor terrace was lovely to sit on and relax whilst drinking coffee or a wine. We had almost every meal on the terrace. It was also great for the children to play on. The complex had a park downstairs which was also good to allow our children to play. The appartment was close to shops and only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was close to the train which allowed us to go into Rome and sight-see. There are pleanty of resturants in Lido for dining and even a theme park for children which operates well into the nmight in summer. Overall the appartment was neat , clean and well presented. Luigina and & Gabriella were fantastic hosts and made extra efforts to accomodated my family. We thouroughly enjoyed our time in Lido and will do it again next time we travel to Italy (3 years).

spent a lovely week in Ostia. Beaches near and plenty are free with good facilities. Lots of restaurants and bars to eat out or supermarkets to buy italian specialities to eat in. Easy access to visit Rome which was lovely too. Apartment has everything you need. Owners helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed use of bikes to sightsee local area but mainly to go to beaches. Spent some days busy e.g. sightseeing Rome and others totally relaxing - lazy days on sandy beaches !

Perfect apartment for combined beach and city holiday. Location close to railway station and 4 bikes made it easy for us to both visit Rome and enjoy Ostia's attractions. Apartment itself is very nice and clean and has a lovely terrace. We felt ourselves welcome and comfortable from the very first contact with Ms Cavallari until the moment of departure. Grazie mille!

It is very good and nice apartment. There are plenty of good points of this apartment:
* very big terrace where we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners almost every day.
* its about 30-45 min. from Rome by train so its very good for them who wanna stay more time Lido di Ostia beach and not to be in hot Rome every day.
* very simple to come from Fiumicino Airport. Cotral bus stop is only about 300 meters from house and ticket costs only 1,20 EUR.
* supermarkets are very near so You can buy all You need and make Your breakfast, lunch or dinner in very well equipped kitchen.
* great bonus is 4 bicycles so You can go by bike to discover other places that are near.
Me and my friends would definitely stay there again if we come to Lido di Ostia in the future.
