Perfect location to organize a short stay in London whether for shopping or for museums and especially at a really reasonable price for the situation ... Ideally located on Buckingham Palace Road, 500m from the palace! Nothing better to set the mood on arrival. Victoria underground station is 200 meters and provides access to all of London! The apartment is a great size, even when we were 2 adults, 2 children 8 and 12 and a baby. Really all you need as material in the rent: all the dishes, aspirations, ironing board, hair dryer ... cot provided was impeccable for £ 20 (which is rarely the case in rentals!) The location was clean when we arrived. Towels are provided! In addition, shops and restaurant (pizza hut, McDonalds, Italian ...) close to (perfect when you have children to feed) were able to do our shopping as Londoners and eat at the apartment ... including the small breakfast with typical products (muffins, pancakes, scones ...) only downside: fairly strong smell of food in the hallway because of the Asian catering, quite noisy at night with the road (but hey it is London!) and not blinds for the night so much light from the outside (the blinds were apparently broken and the curtains are not opaque). if advice: avoid fish &chip; apartment next to the left (really really not good!) and the so-called French bakery right (very very expensive and not good at all ... £ 10 for 3 croissants!). In any case we certainly reviondrons! Boutique London Lets Congratulations!"

It was our first trip to London. After intensive search we found this place that suited our requirements. We hit the jackpot! The location could not be more central, within walking distance of major attractions, city life, and tubes and buses, both, local and national! The booking and check-in is easy and the communication and response by the management is very prompt. The apartment was fully equipped including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, laundry soap etc. Despite in the centre of city, it was quiet with the windows closed that looked out on Buckingham Palace Road.
As mentioned previously, the location was the best part. And the price. Much cheaper and more convenient than any hotel in the vicinity. The downside. The apartment is listed as able to sleep unto 4 people. We had our son visit us from Oxford for 2 nights. The bedroom was not big enough to accommodate an extra bed. We set up his bed in the living room for the night and folded the bed away for the day. With 4 persons, it can become overcrowded. And with one bathroom, there might be a queue! It is ideal for two people and suitable for up to 3 persons. Would definitely book again with the company if we visit London in the future. I recommend them and the apartment without hesitation. You will not go wrong!

we had a truly fabulous stay at the victoria apartment. My husband and 3 children really loved the location as did i. The apartment was very comfortable and warm and had every amenity we could have hoped for. i would definitely book with boutique london lets again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom victoria apt in august of 2011. We traveled with 3 teenagers. The place was huge , spotless , amazing location just a few short blocks form Buckingham palace. Getting in and out was easy no hassles. The apt has double windows so was very quiet even though it was very central. I have already reccommended this place to all of my friends if they ever go to London!!!

Five minute walk to St James Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster abbey, Parliment Square and Big Ben. Ten minutes to Thames, London Eye and Trafalager Square. 20 yards to main bus lines and two blocks from the Tube. Don't pay more for tiny London hotel rooms with airplane sized bathrooms. Will rent again when in London.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and very well equipped-washing machine, dishwasher, tv, dvd,etc.
We will probably make the same choice for our next trip to London and will recommend it to our friends.

Walking distance (half mile) to Big Ben and the tube. Communication with management was easy and smooth, as was the key pick up and drop off.

We received excellent service in booking the accomadation, the flat was furnished very well. It was close to the Thames, West Minster Cathedral. My wife would like to go back again soon.
