Perfect location and friendly reception

Linda was great. She met us at the airport with the key and during the whole week we could text her if there was something we wondered about. She provided hand towels and bed sheet and everything we needed. The apartment was bigger than expected and it was close to beach and shopping but still in a quiet area. The locked parking lot which we could use felt very safe. We would really recommend her apartment!

Amazing!

I normally don't write reviews good or bad. And this has taken me over two months to write this one. Linda was amazing! She was willing to help me in any way possible. The apartment was so close to everything (10 min walk to the beach and the city center). But far enough that it was quiet and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and he apartment was cute/clean. i truly think that the pictures do not do her place any justice. I was attending a class for a week and could not have asked for a better stay. If I am ever back in Santa Monica I will definitely stay here.

Very Nice Get-Away

Linda was very helpful in making our stay go smoothly. Property was clean and well maintained. Description was accurate regarding location, layout, and amenities. I have had some poor experiences with renting condo's, particularly where arrival times have been inconvenient or mismanaged. Linda was very prompt and helpful as the logistics were being arranged, as well as during our stay.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some time at the beach.

I stayed here with two friends in August. The location is great for the beach, restaurants and shops, and a really nice, quiet neighbourhood. Santa Monica was wonderful! The property was perfect for the three of us, Linda provided great recommendations for the local area and the provision of beach towels and other beach stuff was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

I will highly recommend this property. It is comfortable, very clean and nicely decorate. Additionally the location is great. You can walk to the beach, the promenade and the pier. The owner, Linda, bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. I would stay there again.

A compact but perfectly appointed apartment

We stayed here with our two small children for a week in June 2012 and were delighted with the apartment. It was big enough so that we didn't feel on top of each other, but small enough that we could keep an eye on the kids without wondering what they were up to! The apartment has one bedroom with a large and comfortable bed, and an open plan living and dining area with a fold out sofa bed, which again was very comfortable. There is a kitchen with everything you need, and a good sized bathroom with a powerful shower. The balcony has a lovely view, and is a great place to sit and relax. The apartment complex has a great pool and jacuzzi, and it's warm enough even in the mornings. It is located within easy walking distance to the beach (even with little legs), and there is a mini-mart very close-by. It is less than a five minute drive to the centre of Santa Monica, and there are many play areas and restaurants within walking distance. Linda the owner was very helpful, and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay more pleasant, and even left us washing powder for the machine, and beach towels! It was clean and welcoming, and I would thoroughly recommend it to a couple or family looking for an apartment in Santa Monica.
