Hibiscus Heights se encuentra en el pintoresco pueblo de montaña Karmi / Karaman, uno de los pueblos más bonitos y mejor conservado en el norte de Chipre. La casa tiene una gran terraza para comer al aire libre y vistas espectaculares del mar y la costa. Una pequeña terraza en la zona de entrada tiene unas bonitas vistas del castillo de los cruzados de San Hilarión. La casa tiene un jardín privado plantadas con hibiscos, buganvillas, rosas, palmeras, jazmín y otras flores del Mediterráneo. Hay una amplia de techos altos salón. Un arco conduce a la zona de comedor con capacidad para 6. La cocina está equipada con una nevera-congelador de gran tamaño. Complementos en el pueblo de una tienda, dos restaurantes, un pub y un bar. 10 minutos abajo de la colina son supermercados, tiendas y una variedad de restaurantes locales e internacionales. La playa más cercana está a 10 minutos. 20 minutos en coche de distancia se encuentra la hermosa ciudad portuaria de Kyrenia.

Fabulous Fortnight

We have had a fabulous fortnight here. Perfect location, wonderful views, very well equiped house and felt most comfortable during our stay. Thank you! Still plenty of Northern Cyprus to explore so we would love to return again in the future.

We stayed at this Villa in Sept 2010 and found it to be a most delightful place with all our needs catered for. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was a bonus, the views magnificent and drinks in the evening watching the lights come on over Kyrenia & surrounding areas was magical. The village is so pretty and the people were very friendly. We visited the Crow's Nest several times (Friday night for fish & chips - yummy) and had dinner at the Levante - superb!

We found so much antiquity that we needed several more weeks there to see it all. The visit to Famagusta was quick & easy along the new dual carriageway - next time we will go up the 'pan handle', and travelling west is also comfortable. Viewing St Hillarion's Castle by night & day is spectacular from the balcony and even more wonderful to visit - well worth the climb. Hibiscus is a wonderful place to stay, just like home. All in all it is central for sight-seeing, the roads are good, people so friendly & helpful and we certainly recommend it for a relaxing holiday. Anja made us so welcome and was extremely helpful when bombarded with questions. We will be returning in the future to enjoy the views and the friendliness of the Cypriots.

We love this villa!

WE have visited the beautiful village of Karmi several times over the past ten years and we love the peace, quiet, beauty and quaintness of the village. The residents are a fun loving and welcoming group of folks. The restaurant/bar in the center of the village, Levant, is fabulous. WE have stayed in several different villas over the years and this one is one of our favorites. It was spotless and beautifully furnished with local furnishings. There were fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival - but the absolutely best thing about the villa is the amazing view from the front balcony. The villa is very spacious, there was plenty of bedding, and plenty of hot water! The owners went out of their way to anticipate our every need and provided a booklet with lots of useful information. WE would definitley recommend this property to friends.

A real gem of a property inexcellent location

Our cyprus holiday is now over and i would like to thank you for allowing us to staying in your house in Karmi. The house and location are beautiful, and we will miss eating breakfast on the balcony over looking Kyrenia for sometime to come!

The information you supplied was excellent and the assistance of Binky and Anja was invaluable too. We visited many places and enjoyed every minute.

Thank you once again for allowing to stay and it was a pleasure arranging our holiday with you.
