Great value for the price. Really close to Littly Italy and Chinatown. Only a two block walk to the 2nd Ave station on the F subway line which stop at Bryant Park & 42nd Street or 47th/50th Street - Rockefeller Plaza.

Very nice apartment and location. Close to transportation, and shopping. Quiet residential neighborhood.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The building was safe, the apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. There was free wi-fi, plenty of space for a larger family and fun things to do when we got back here at night. There is a DVD player with movies as well as a playstation for the kids. The beds were comfortable, including the pullout couch that my son slept on. There was one small bathroom that had great water pressure in the shower.

The owner was very helpful and accurate with all of his descriptions. I would have liked to have come in the summer to enjoy the terrace as it was nearly as big as the entire apartment!

As for the neighborhood, I would recommend approaching the building from the south--take the Grand St or Delancey subway stops if you use the subway. There are a ton of good restaurants nearby in Little Italy and Chinatown. There is a great dumpling shop (Prosperity Dumpling) with unbelievable prices right down the street as well as 2 great breakfast places--Berkli Park Cafe for light morning fare or the Landmark Cafe for big breakfasts. Both within easy walking distance. Ferrara's Bakery (considered to be one of the best in NYC) is also easy walking distance.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone coming to NYC. I understand the owner also has other rentals of varying sizes--based on my interactions with him, I would recommend you stay with him if you are looking for a place in NYC.

Very nice. My wife and I were there for a photography class and stayed for 10 days. The owner supplied towels but no wash cloths stating they end up in the garbage, but he was so good and responsive with everything else I have to give it 5 stars. The TV broke and he fixed it immediately, we needed a new frying pan, he got us one next day. Laundry downstairs is handy, but bring quarters. I'll stay there again. Computer, wireless, desk, outdoor deck. The bed was very comfortable.

This is an amazing apartment. We were 5 students renting this place for almost 2 weeks, and we did not regret it.
It is located central to almost everything (with metre few stations) and it has alot of space to bolt on.
Also, the best lounge/club we found, was located 4 blocks away.
If i were to go to NYC again, this would be the place!

This is a great rental for anyone, but especially for those who like to avoid tour buses, touring groups, convention and business groups(anybody with a badge on). The L.E.S. and the Bowery areas, undergoing some serious rejuvenation, are a nice mix of old and new. Subway stops are nearby; taxis are readily available. Arrival and departure are as easy as I have seen, and I have rented flats, apartments, lofts, condos, cottages, houses, etc. all over the world. The apartment is exactly as described, with some nice added touches rarely thought of. It is particularly quiet for a city apartment. I would heartily recommend it to anyone and hope to return soon.

We found the condo to be as advertised and more. There were several excellent restaurants within a couple of blocks. The public transportation, either bus or subway, was very convenient within a few blocks and it was very easy to catch a taxi.
The condo was comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen was well equiped with the exception of a toaster. We were able to use the outside terrace even though it rained because the seating area is covered by a canope.

Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend it to anyone who wants an lower east side location.

There were five of us traveling together and the condo accommodated us perfectly. It is as pictured and described. In a great location and close to subway stations for a number of lines. Thanks for an amazing stay in NYC!
