La casa es muy cómoda y acogedora. Dispone de 5 habitaciones (2 suites) con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, un baño y un aseo. La sala y el comedor son amplios y hay una zona de estar al lado del jardín y el patio, una terraza con spa con terapia de colores para 6 personas y un niño. Garaje para 2 coches, chimenea y barbacoa. Ofrecemos electrodomésticos, artículos de playa, bicicletas, ropa de cama y baño necesarios. Distancia desde el mar y cinco minutos y caminar dos cuadras de la Comercial Abierto.

Beautiful home in a great location

I had the opportunity to stay in this property with a few of my friends and had a fantastic time. The home is very comfortable, has a great backyard, full bbq inside, hot-tub, etc... all the amenities needed to feel at home while on vacation. In addition the house is located within walking distance from the beach, great shopping area, restaurants and night life. We had a blast and are planning on returning next year.

Helen is extremely nice, reliable and accommodating which made our stay even more pleasant, she wanted to make sure we felt at home and was always available in the case we needed anything.

I would strongly recommend this property whether you are in town for a family vacation or with a group of friends.

It´s my chance to chat about the beauty of this " Magic Island," which I have been exploring (mainly on foot!) since I came to live here 20 years ago, and to practice other languages. A casa é linda,aconchegante e tem tudo que se precisa ,a rua tranquila,o lugar é um verdadeiro paraíso. E a Helen é um amor de pessoa. Vale muito a pena conhecer este lugar.

Beverly Hills of Brazil

I live minutes away from Beverly Hills and all the locals kept telling us we are in the Beverly Hills of Brazil which I have to agree with. One of the safest places to stay. Great place to stay if you want some piece and a little bit of action by the beach. The house is walking distance to the beach, to the local shops, food and the market. As great as the house is the house guest, Helen, is just amazing. Very helpful in every way you want a house guest to be! I would stay here again!

Beautiful Florianopolis house + 5 Star Management

This house is the perfect size for a family or group of friend to explore this beautiful island. The location is walking distance from the beach (among the best in the world) as well as fantastic restaurants, nightlife, and a grocery store.

The house is in great condition and has ample AC to battle the Brazillian summer.

As a non Portuguese speaker, going deep into Brazil can be daunting. The owner Helen was AMAZING! She met us when we rented, gave us tons of tips on what to do, and even acted as a translator for a few bookings. When we accidentally left some portibile electronics at the house, she was even nice enough to send things bake to the USA

I'd highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place in Floripa!

Estivemos em três famílias hospedados ali e consideramos voltar ano que vem.
