As soon as you enter the community gates you have a extra feeling of security and during our stay we regularly saw the Sherrif car patroling. This whole area of Florida seems very safe. Not once did I feel uncomfortable going into a store or being t the parks. The house itself was as the pictures describe very attractive, well-mantained and clean. The owner has been terrific to deal with and very prompt. I would definately recommend this property to family and friends. We spent 5 straight days visiting the Disney parks which were anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes away. Between the parks and the house there are many restaurants (Bruno's) but the kitchen is great for cooking at home with grocery stores very close by. Pricing of food and restaurants are similar to Toronto.

Excellent Property

The property was exactly as advertised and the pictures are a very accurate representation of the property. I would highly recommend this property.

The process from the beginning to the end was fantastic. The opener was very easy to work with and very quick to reposed to all questions.

The location of the property was great! Disney parks are close, there are many places to eat and pick up grocery's nearby. In addition we went to Tampa and it was about 50 minutes from the property.

The property itself is well maintained and was clean upon arrival. The kids used the pool and the game room often. There were 8 of us staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property had all the dishes, coffee makers, and all other amenities you could need.

I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area.

Wonderful home!

What a wonderful home! We had six adults and two children, celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, and one couple was on their honeymoon! The house was great for all of us! The kids (6 and 9) especially loved the game room and pool. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. It was just a short drive to all the Disney parks. Sally is great to work with. She responds to emails almost immediately.

I highly recommend you rent this house. It's even better than it looks in the photos.

The best place Ever

My family and I had the best time of life in this great home. Everthing was just as we were told. It very clean and everything we needed was there for us. The pool was great my grandsons wanted to stay there and not go to Disney World. I would advise If you need a place to stay GO HERE . THANK YOU SALLY for everything. IM not kidding you PEOPLE Stay here if you want a clean place with all you need there for you. I will be back one day. The stores are real close and the parks. Melvin from Albemarle N.C

Thanks for helping my family have an enjoyable vacation. Stayed with my 2 daughters, son-in-laws and 4 grandsons. Everyone loved the house - Kids loved pool and game room. The house had everything we needed - it was clean and management responded to my questions quickly and efficiently. Convenient to Universal, disney and shopping. My family wants to come back - We would recommend this home to anyone

We spent 6 nights in this clean and beautiful house. The house looks like new outside and insdie and carpet is so clean. Many details and attention from owner on this house. The community has club house with everything you want to play. Only more than 10 minutes to Disney park, great location, also to Walmart and dinning in 3 minutes. Convenient location!!! Thanks for own to provide such a comfortable and clean place!

We had a wonderful time with my family in your lovely home. We really appreciate all the details you have paid attention to. Great location for Disney World and all facilities. The owner was very nice, and provided all right information that I needed. We enjoyed pool and spa, and pool table as well.
We also recommended this home to my friends and relatives. Hope we have an opportunity to be back next year!!!

Fabulously Relaxing Stay

We loved this house. It was clean, quiet, & comfortable. It was easy to find, convenient to stores and a quick easy drive to the Disney Parks. The bedrooms were spacious, washer and dryer came in handy. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils to use.The owner was wonderful with answering any questions or concerns we had.We loved our stay at this property and it was especially well suited for a multi-family getaway.
