Brillante, aireado y espacioso apartamento de 1 dormitorio amueblado en un estilo contemporáneo

Este apartamento de planta baja tiene un ambiente muy cómodo y espacioso y está situado en lo que nuestros clientes dicen, es uno de los mejores apartamentos situados en el complejo. Nosotros (los propietarios) permanecer en este apartamento varias veces al año, con lo cual tiene todo lo que se pueda imaginar para hacer esto más como un hogar lejos de casa en vez de un día de fiesta deja. Situado al lado del patio central con su sala de estar tranquila y rodeada de un montón de árboles, plantas y zonas verdes el apartamento también está situado en el centro, entre las dos zonas de la piscina y, a pocos pasos de la Cantina de Rosie la excelente bar en el lugar mexicano y el restaurante. En el interior, el apartamento es luminoso, espacioso y contemporáneo amueblada y muy bien equipada con un patio espacioso que goza de sol durante todo el día con comedor al aire libre para cuatro personas y un montón de espacio adicional para tomar el sol. Thank you both so much for the little touches that made our stay at 23 Royal Palm so enjoyable. The apartment was everything we could have wished for; peaceful, sunny and very well equipped. We had a great time and will be back!

Great apartment in a great location

Great spot for us with our favourite bars and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment was all we needed with extra comfy sofas and nice large bed. The patio/balcony area had plenty of room with two quality sun loungers

A relaxing holiday with all the comforts of home

A week after my retirement we arrived full of expectations and I am delighted to confirm that not only were these met but exceeded.The welcome pack arranged for our arrival was a godsend as we arrived quite late on a Sunday. Additionally the call the following morning from the owner was thoughtful and gave us an opportunity to ask questions and learn about the local facilities. The description of the apartment was accurate and everything that we could need was available - so much so that we soon felt at home and often didn't feel the need to venture out in the evenings! That said there was a good selection of bars and restaurants within easy walkinmg distance offering something for every taste. The complex was also beautifulloy presented and the flower filled gardens provided shady spots to chill out. We found the atmosphere relaxed and peaceful and the onsite Mexican Cantina the perfect place for an early evening aperitif - don't worry 'tho lively it was not noisy and did not disturb us. The holiday provided a great start to retirement and we are seriously thinking of booking again next year - thanks Dave and Nicole for a great holiday.

Lovely holiday really enjoyed the apartment

Joe and I had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our stay at 23 Royal Palm. It was a lovely apartment, it had everything in it we wanted. We were delighted with the balcony and the furniture. Many thanks for allowing us to stay in the apartment on our last day with us having a late flight. This gave us some extra hours without having to worry about our luggage and being able to have a meal before travelling. We would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again when we return to Tenerife. We also really appreciated that the owners were caring enought to ring us on our arrival to make sure all was okay, it was much appreciated
