I booked this house for 18 girls on a hen party! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay!
Andrew was really helpful and made me feel I could call him any time with queries and advice. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was a great size for 18 girls to share comfortably. Everyone commented on how great the house was and we are planning on using the house again in the future.
Location was good and not too expensive to get taxis into brighton each day.
All in all this house made our weekend away perfect and it wouldn't have been the same anywhere else!

As a hen party of 14 we found the house ideal. It was clean and well presented with plenty of space and bathrooms for getting ready! The location was fantastic - just a short walk into town, and there was plenty of on-road parking. The check in was easy and Andrew (owner) got in touch via phone to check all was ok and was always incredibly polite and helpful.
Brighton (and Hazeldene) was the perfect location for our hen party and we all had a fantastic time!
I'd thoroughly recommend the house to any large parties of any age range as there were a range of activities to suit all.

We decided to rent this lovely house for my friend's hen do last weekend.

The house was really gorgeous - lovely furnishings, and plenty of room for all of us to stay! there were five bedrooms, and three bathrooms - great when all of us needed to get ready.

The location was great too - only about 10 mins in a cab from the lanes/Brighton city centre - fare about £8-10.

Would most definitely recommend it for large groups such as hen dos / birthday weekends and would definitely come back.

"This is a perfect house for a Hen weekend. The property is very well managed and the booking process was hassle free and check in and check out made very convenient. Everything was as expected facilities wise and everything listed is provided. The house is good value for what you pay, clean, well equipped and well furnished and the attention to detail with soft furnishing particularly the red colour scheme is a nice touch. We had 11 people in it and the space and number of bathrooms etc was ideal, 14 would have been cosy in the kitchen as the only communal area once all the beds are made up. The house is in an excellent location, just a 20 minute stroll down to where all the action is in Brighton. My bride to be and all the other hens were very comfortable and loved it, so therefore i would highly recommend it."

I had my hen party at Hazeldene and from the moment I enqired about the house to the moment we arrived Andrew looked after us.
The house was just what I was looking for when I decided to go to Brighton with all rooms being big enough to accomodate the 18 of us and all rooms were clean and decorated to a high standard. With it being all girls I was worried that 3 bathrooms wouldn't be big enough but I was wrong!!! As for the living room it was perfect with 4 big comfortable sofas and patio doors leading out to a large south facing garden.
The kitchen / dining area was also ideal and provided a great social area to eat, drink and even have a perfume party at.... Everyone who stayed at the house had nothing but positive things to say and all have said that they would like to come back and visit or even have their hen there.
Thanks again to Andrew for making Hazeldene House the perfect base and venues for my hen party weekend!

A fantastic base to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house is comfortable, clean , modern and had everything a group of 12 needed and could comfortably have met the full capacity of 20. The house is a short bus or taxi ride into town around £8 in a taxi, the outside space was great for breakfast in the sun and the dining kitchen area a fantastic place to continue our celebrations.
Andrew was really helpful and accommodating and the quality of the accommodation made my birthday complete (always difficult when choosing for 11 others).
Don’t hesitate to book this gem up its even better than the pictures.

Andrews house was the perfect place to stay for my sisters hen party! Plenty of room for 18 ladies to sleep and get ready! There was plenty of bathroom and mirror space so no one was waiting around!
The weather was lovely so we made the most of the big garden which was perfect for sitting out and drinking!
With 4 big couches there was enough room for everyone to chill after our night out! We booked private caterers to come in on the Friday night who cooked us a beautiful meal and we all sat round the dining room table!
Andrew's house was equipped with everything we needed and was a nice 40 minute walk to the pier - or 10 minutes in a taxi!
Would definately some back - Thank you for a great stay Andrew!!!

This house was the perfect base for our Brighton hen party. Nicely decorated, clean and with nice bedding, this house allowed 18 of us to stay together in one place, enjoy the sunshine in the ample garden and get taxi's into town within less than 10 minutes. It was ideal for us. All the facilities were good, plenty of showers, good sized dining table where we all had a Chinese takeaway together and big living too, where we could play drinking games and socialise before going into town. Would definitely reccommend.
