Apartment was lovely, beautiful furniture, its location was perfect for sight seeing and visiting surrounding area with everything within walking distance. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he recommended several restuarents, we ate at some of them and had excellant meals. A very well stocked supermarket is across the road and is reasonably priced. The only disappointment was the noise from the road at night in the two bedrooms that were on the front of apartment.

TRULY the best apartment in Florence

Residenza Oltrarno was a huge, family-style apartment with both modern amenities and classic Italian furnishings. We felt like a well-to-do Italian family upon entering the building with its magnificent foyer and winding staircase and high ceilings. Well-located, just outside the walls of the city. Stefano was more than cooperative and friendly and made our stay comfortable. I would recommend this apartment highly!

We loved our stay at Residenza Oltrarno. The quarters were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the property manager was very helpful and easy to work with. All of the information we were provided in advance proved to be accurate. The kitchen proved to be very workable as we made several meals there. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

FABULOUS APARTMENT, Great Location

GREAT apartment; staying here makes you feel like a temporary resident. Good location - walking distance to virtually everything, but plenty far away from touristy zones. Awesome hosts - felt like help was a phone call away the whole time we were there. Good kitchen for cooking and large grocery store just around the corner. We couldn't have possibly been more pleased!

Thankyou to Stefano for making our stay in Florence a rich and wonderful experience.The apartment is huge and the substanital Florentine interior makes it a fantastic place to stay for our family of 5 children. The apartment is just outside the ZTL so parking is not a problem and it is possible to walk into the old city. Stefano exudes Florentine charm and was always available to assit with any questions and help that you may need. Thankyou Stefano for making our stay such a pleasurable experience. A Perfect Florece Apartment

We loved staying at this apartment. I arranged for my parents, brother and aunt to stay 2 weeks at Residenza Oltrarno. My fiance and I joined them for 6 days. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and linens. It had old school, Italian charm, combined with some modern conveniences. Stefano and Leonardo were so pleasant and professional and always available to answer questions about the apartment and fix anything. One of the best parts of this apartment was that it was in a little neighborhood, near a grocery store, away from the tourists; but at the same time, just a short walk to all of the main attractions and the train station. Also, there are a couple great restaurants nearby. We hope to visit again in the future and will always plan to stay at Residenza Oltrarno. I would recommend the apartment to anyone. Big thank you to Stefano and Leonardo!

Sorprendente, abbiamo avuto un appartamento a disposizione della mia famiglia, siamo in 5. Appartamento con mobili d'epoca, ben illuminato e pulito. Accoglienza calorosa e precisa. Colazione abbondante. In breve un ottima sistemazione. Prezzo giusto per una città come Firenze.

The apartment is very large with very high ceilings that make the place much more appealing. From the very onset of the correspondence to rent this apartment, Stefano & Leonardo Boni, were excellent and courteous.
They greeted us on our arrival and assisted with the luggage. Then they explained the basics of the apartment. They had left out many maps and local information fliers and pamphlets that were very useful.
The beds, linens, and pillows were extremely comfortable.
