Wonderful holiday!!

We were looking for a holiday with 5 friends and when we discovered the homeaway-site, we found this add. It all looked very beautiful and too good to be true. But when we arrived, we actually discovered this villa was even better then we thought! It's very modern and spacious.You have got all you need and more!! It was the best house we ever spend our holiday in. As for he area, we never heard of Foz Do Arelho, but we figured, let's take our chances. It turned out to be a lovely area with lots of things to do. We went to Lisbon, hung out at the beach in Foz Do Arelho and in Baleal, went jetskiing and karting and just relaxed at the beautiful pool. The people are all very friendly and everything is very cheap! We met a Portugese woman who made a real Portugese meal for us and it as great. I love Portugese meals!
The holiday was fabulous and we will definitely come back! Thanks for letting us stay in your stunning villa!

Amazing villa - great location

Villa lagoa is an amazing villa furnished to a high standard with many extras and home comforts. The villa is spacious and light and exceptionally clean. We were fortunate to have really sunny weather in September which enabled us to make good use of the great pool and outside space. 3 generations of our family holidayed in this villa including my elderly parents and this villa was suitable for all.
Stan was really helpful with our booking, accomodating an alternative start and end date to allow us to book the most suitable flights for our needs. Stan also provided very useful information re location of villa and local information before our stay.
Foz Do Arehlo is within easy walking distance and has an amzing beach and lagoon area. Nearly Caldas Da Rainha is great for supermarket shopping and a daily market. Our two favourite visits would be to Obidos and Sao Martinho do Porto.

We had a really enjoyable holiday in this very well equipped villa. The games room is a great advantage and we enjoyed several games of snooker after dinner.
It is only a 15 minute walk to the sea and there are lots of pretty towns in easy reach for day trips. If visiting Lisbon, my advice is take the tour bus to see everything. It's good value at 15euro for a two day pass.

It was a very well equiped and nice villa, with a lovely pool. There a nice restaurants and pubs in this area and a lot of things to do. We went to Lisboa, Sintra or Alcobaca, went fishing, jogging,...
It was really a nice holiday for our three kids (12,10,7) and for the adults.

Family Home for 2 Weeks

We had a lovely place for a whole family including pool, billiard table, sat TV, Nintendo - what do you want more! We enjoyed the stay, and with a car the beach is quite close. Cost-benefit ratio is really good and the owner is very polite and flexible. Thanks, Stan!

Our holiday at Villa Lagoa

Lovely villa, well equipped. Spacious and comfortable, in a good location. 15min stroll to the beach and lagoon, and well placed for touring the area. Very good pool which we had to ourselves as the other 3 villas were unoccupied whilst we were there.
In Foz there are several small bars and restaurants, both in the village centre and by the beach. All are very reasonably priced but we found the best deals in the side streets in Caldas, some great little bars serving local dishes.
We had great weather apart from a couple of rainy days when the pool table got plenty of use!
Unfortunately the local dogs are very noisy - the only negative in what was a memorable holiday!

We recently stayed in Villa Lagoa for 1 week. The villa is a real 'home from home' and had everything we needed for our stay. The accommodation was immaculate and exactly as described in the advert. We were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves for half of our stay however it was a little chilly! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a beautiful base within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and a wonderful beach.

Wonderful Villa.

When we arrived at the villa we were all incredibly impressed with the space, condition and facilities on offer. The villa is fully equipped to a very high standard and had everything and more that we needed for our week away. The nine of us (6 adults & 3 children) had plenty of space and never felt like we were on top of each other. The beautiful golden beach at Foz with its wonderful crashing waves, new bars and restaurants is a 15 minute walk (with children).The pool and balconies provide plenty of space and privacy if you don't fancy the beach. The local town of Foz provides a couple of grocery shops,a chemist and a few bars which at which the food and drink offer great value for money.
I would definitely recommend visiting the villa and we are hopefully going to go back again.

New Year at Villa Lagoa

We had a great time at Villa Lagoa.
The house is very spacious, confortable, well equiped, clean, and we feel like at home. The place is very quiet and near the local commerce were we can get first supplies, and two minutes by car to get in the beach and good restaurants. We all had a bonus because we love snooker and there was one reserved table for us at the games room. I believe the pool should be great near the summer.
