We booked this beautiful villa for a week's holiday in June 2012, and had the most amazing holiday. Caroline, the owner, made the whole booking process so easy and was always there to answer any queries I had. On arriving at the villa, it was beautifully clean with a welcome pack including bubbly, and I can honestly say that the descriptions here don't do justice to the villa! It was spacious, beautifully furnished with every possible item that you could need for a relaxing family holiday, from the beautiful marble bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, heated pool and hot tub, wooden steamer sun-loungers with cushions, beautiful gardens, covered sunbathing areas with sofas and tables, brick built BBQ, electric garage doors, downstairs pool table and Play-station with large TV as well as leather sofas upstairs and downstairs, beautifully equipped kitchen with built-in microwave and oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, utility, mountain bikes, etc, etc, etc - I literally could fill a page with all the amenities we had to enjoy on our holiday at this villa. The villa's location is on the edge of a quiet area of luxury villas, some of them not even sold yet, and on one side you overlook the sea and Fuerteventura and on the other side gaze out onto the red volcano. You can wake up in the mornings and stroll outside to hear no traffic noise or cars, just feel a gentle breeze as you sit and look at the ocean as the sun comes up, or do as we did and sit in the hot tub - perfect! Taxis are really cheap and it's 5 minutes into town, but I would recommend you hire a car from the airport so that you can use it while you're on Lanzarote to go to Timanfaya and drive through the vineyards, etc. (We used Autoreisen which is right opposite the baggage collection in the airport terminal and they do an all-inclusive rate which includes Super CDW with no excess payable). Local restaurants are 5 minutes away, and two beautiful hotels -the Natura Palace and the Hotel Rubicon, are 5 minutes away, and you are welcome to use their facilities. There is a lovely cocktail lounge with cream sofas overlooking the sea just a few minutes away (La Manea) and a fabulous Greek restaurant (Sebastyans). We went to the Marina Rubicon on several evenings and you are spoilt for choice with restaurants overlooking the marina and sea. I highly recommend this villa for the most memorable holiday you will ever have on Lanzarote, and we will definitely be booking again!

I have just returned from my second stay at this villa. This time I was a little concerned that maybe things would have changed from two years ago but I needn't have worried. The villa is still stunning to arrive at and still difficult to leave. The owners have maintained the high standards and everywhere still feels fresh and new throughout. The new loungers were absolutely fab and my kids appreciated the full Sky package.
It was lovely to see how the gardens have matured and have a wander amongst the flowers and plants. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough to anyone considering it - you will not be disappointed.
Thank you Caroline and MVP for such a wonderful holiday full of happy days.

We enjoyed a relaxing holiday in this fabulous villa. It was spacious, clean, modern and had every facility you could possibly want on holiday. Our children enjoyed the pool table, playstation and swimming pool. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the outside space. The surrounding area is peaceful and the views across to Fuerteventura were wonderful. It is slightly out of the main resort but we enjoyed the walk into town along the coastal path, stopping off for a drink or snack. Otherwise taxis are plentiful if you don't want to hire a car - only about 5 euros each way. Booking with the owner (Caroline) was extremely easy and the management team in the resort are only a phone call away should you need anything.
We highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning.

my 3rd stay here and wont be my last !!!

I have just returned from my 3rd holiday at Vista Atlantica,,,i keep telling myself that i will try somewhere different next time...but i just had to go back to this amazing villa, and i know i will go back there again as soon as i can. I went with my friend (her 3rd time there too!!) plus 4 children. This villa is truly stunning and beautifully furnished ( and yes, Caroline has thought of everything).
I have not seen much of Lanzarote itself yet, because i just love the villa and all it has to offer, therefore i have not ventured too far away apart from going onto Playa Blanca which is so nice at night lovely shops and restaurants and a nice walk along the promenade.
My kids love the villa too, as it has a lovely swimming pool , hot tub, a games room with a ps2 and a pool table also lots of dvds. There is air-conditioning throughout which keeps the villa nice and cool.
Caroline has also provided mountain bikes, so it was nice to go biking when the weather was cooler early mornings or evenings.
From the hot tub, you have a lovely view of Fuerteventura. Also a beautiful sunset and lots of stars above when dark.
This villa is kept so clean, and thanks to Liz and Glen, who came to take towels away for laundering and left us with plenty of new, clean ones for the remainder of our stay, and also the pool cleaner who came to clean pool and hot tub.
If you decide not to hire a car, it only costs approx 5 euros to get into town by taxi and they come straight away.
We all really can't wait to return to Vista Atlantica again !!!!

I have to say this villa is simply "Utterly Superb!" wow what a villa. Not just the villa, from booking with Caroline in UK to the end of our holiday everything was such a pleasant and easy trouble free experiance. Spot on directions to the villa. The cleanliness was second to none, Liz and Glen the cleaning team also wonderful. Weve stayed in 4 villas in Playa Blanca now and have to say they all promise "the world" and are never what they say (as Caroline knows), but This villa is 100% honest. Now I dont need to look anywhere else!! All the photos on website are great but even still its better than they portray it (if thats poss!!). My hubby even loved the electric garage door!! well you know men and their toys! The kids loved the spaciousness of the whole villa, the pool table, PS2 not to mention all the PS2 games. Also the wonderful selection of CD's and DVD's caters for every taste in entertainment. The air conditioning in the height of the summer was a god send. So many villas dont have it or just have room fans and the owners say "its not necessary" well dont be fooled, when temp's hit 34 deg - you DO NEED A/C!!. Caroline has thought of damn near everything in this villa. The gardens are lovely my kids loved the - as they called her "Budda" ornament at the end of the garden, also the pool with all the floatation aids provided. The hot tub or as my 5 year old called it "The Cajussie" as she couldnt pronounce "Jacuzzi" bless! was amazing too. Lovely views including the huge mountain which my hubby and son climbed to the top of!! What elase can I say?? I could go on about all the towel displays + flowers on arrival etc but, just go and visit for yourself and see this amazing place. Will def go back again very soon I hope! We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this villa. It was even better than the photos! It is very well cared for and we wanted for nothing. Although we hired a car it was not necessary as there are plenty of places in walking distance including our favourite chill out bar - Maneas, near the Natura Palace Hotel. We cycled around the area on the mountain bikes that are provided with the villa which was great fun. The views from the terrace are spectacular - 180 degrees - from sun rise over the mountain to sunset over the Atlantic. We are missing our evening jacuzzi's already! In the words of Arnie -'We'll be back!' Highly recommended! Thanks a million!

This is a truly stunning villa with a really luxurious spacious feel. We've stayed in other villas in Playa Blanca in the last ten years but this was definitely the best and we've already booked to go back next July!! Tastefully decorated, immaculately kept and well-equipped - the helpful owner has thought of everything from bikes to beach towels to built-in Canarian style BBQ. Furniture and equipment is all new and fresh.
The layout of this villa was also great - our younger children could play in the pool or watch TV in the air-conditioned lounge while we sunbathed on the large private sun terrace nearby. Our teenager loved the ground floor games room. There was a good selection of DVDs and PS2 games.
The pool was always kept at a good temperature (unlike other villas we've stayed at!!) With a family of five the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board was great - clean clothes to travel home in and show off the tan!!
We loved watching the sunset over the atlantic in the evenings with a chilled glass of bubbly in hand, wandering in the lovely Canarian style garden, having a relaxing BBQ, or lazing in the hot tub under the stars.
The villa was easy to find thanks to good directions from the owner, but hard to leave!!

WOW! This villa was even better than the photos. Every facility was well cared for. It has been our best villa holiday in Lanzarote in the last 10 years, from the easy booking process, clear directions and instructions to arriving and finding that the villa and facilities were exactly as described in the advert and on the website. The kids loved the pool and the play station, we all loved the hot tub, and the sundowners on the terrrace taking in the stunning views were very memorable, and the bikes were a huge bonus. In fact the villa was so good there was no need to go out!! The housekeeping team were very informative and the pool man came twice a week so the pool was sparkling. The villa was immaculate when we arrived, and there were even fresh flowers.
Our favourite restaurant was Manos in Marina Rubicon.
Our favourite trip out was to La Graciosa.
We would definitely recommend this villa and we would love to go again.
