Booking process with John was extremely easy. We had 10 days at Villa Fotini and this was our 2nd visit. The Villa was again, spotless on arrival and the pool was cleaned 4 times during our stay. The Villa is in a lovely location, really peaceful and quite yet just a few minutes drive from the main area of Protaras with lots of restaurants to choose from. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The wireless internet connection is fast and the instructions very straight forward. When returning to this area of Cyprus, Villa Fotini is the only Villa our family wants to stay in. We have been spoilt! Thanks John!

Nice simple frendly but professional booking process and it was the same upon arrival at oceanviews easy to find retail type office.Villa Fortini Is a pleasure to stay at in a quiet tranquil location but only a few minutes away from all you need on foot and even quicker buy car. We loved it wished we owned it and would recommend it to any one a real nice retreat with all you need.
Only one big problem No soaps for the mother in law on cypriat satellite tv Ha Ha the father in law loved that I'm sure. FANTASTIC VILLA!!!!.

You are looking for a hasslefree experience in a villa which is equiped with everything you need in high quality? Go for Villa Fotini!
The villa is well situated in a calm area, within 5 minutes you reach the center of Protaras by car. A sandy beach - perfect for small children - is only 200m walking distance on a traffic free trail away.
We found the villa in excellent condition, both exterior and interior. The furniture is tastefully chosen and in very good quality.
The booking process went smoothly and correctly, the contact with John was more than friendly and the on site service was helpful and competent.
Overall - we had an excellent, hasslefree and pleasant stay, our expectations have been exceeded.
We were travelling as family with three children, I would recommend the villa to every kind of visitor. A car is needed for the transfer to the airport, the daily shopping and eventual restaurant visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Fotini - it's very spacious and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It's 35-40 mins walk to Protaras or 5 mins on the bus which was only 1 Euro each.
The pool was too cold to use while we were there (end of March) and although the pool cleaners came twice there was still leaves and dirt swirling around at the bottom of it - hopefully they do a better job when it's warm enough to use it.
We would come back and do recommend this villa.

As you say the pool is cleaned twice a week so I took this up with the agents. They told me that week you stayed there were some strong winds which kicked up dust and leaves which would have got into the pool despite it being cleaned. We're sorry about this but it's not usual.

Lovely villa, spotless, well designed and maintained and everything you need for the perfect holiday rental. Very nice location in a quiet residential community with good local amenities to hand. Best beaches a couple of minutes drive. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

A wonderful vacation in villa Fotini

We had the pleasure to stay 2 weeks in this fantastic villa in May. The first week we were two mature couples, and the second week we had our son, daughter in law and our two grandchildren; 5 and 8 years old. The villa was perfect for all ages with a location at the shore with a breathtaking view!! Everything that was promised in the description was accurate, included the beautiful little path to a sheltered and calm sandy beach only 5 min. away! And it WAS 5 minutes!! Everthing was clean, well equipped, and the pool was fantastic for grandparents and the children!
You need a car, but the traffic is not heavy, and easy to find the ways both to supermarkets and restaurants also for alady in her late sixties, that is not used to driving on the left side!
We felt at home, and would recommend this to friends and family! And we hope we can return in the future! Thanks a lot to John and WEndy!!

We stayed in Villa Fotini in Feb 2010 and had a very relaxing holiday. The villa is definitely classy, furnished to a high standard and the kitchen had everything in it that we needed. It's much more spacious than it looks in the photos and very well cared for. It's right on the sea shore and we had some great walks along the sea front to the lovely beaches in both directions. The villa has got plenty of computer games and board games for adults and kids to keep everyone happy! If you read the other review about building work - don't worry it was finished a long time ago - it was very peaceful!. We'll definitely stay there again and will recommended this villa to all of our friends - thank you to the owners and their agents who were all very helpful.

Our family had a fantastic time in this villa and we would definitely recommend it. It is on a quiet gated development just by the sea, very smartly furnished with a lot of extras and lovely bedrooms. The villa has its own pool which isn’t overlooked and it's very clean. Our friends stayed at Villa Maroc which is owned by the same people and just over the road, both are really nice villas. We found some nice tavernas and bars recommended by the owners and loved the cliff bar at the nearby Grecian Park Hotel. We would definitely recommend the villa and will be back next year. Thank you very much!

Stayed here for 1 week, my parents are still there. This is a beautiful villa, there is alot of construction going on around but we could not hear it. Nice pool, cleaned twice a week, everything you could want in the kitchen and a short walk or an 8 Euro taxi into Protaras to eat. There is a supermarket at the top of the road which sells most things. For fresh meat and fish you would have to drive 10 mins into Paralimini. I would return in the future, it is peaceful, classy and well positioned. Don't miss out on the beautiful beaches and snorkelling a few mins walk from the villa too.
