We stayed in this excellent condo in Kingston Plantation in September of 2012 and will definitely be back. Arrival - well thought through easy instructions for immediate access to the property. Location - very quiet, secure, and private first floor unit within a few minutes walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Walk to the beach is very pleasant through the perfectly maintained grounds of Kingston plantation with plenty of shade. Parking - reserved, right next to the condo plus plenty more for extra vehicles. Accommodations - excellent! Very clean, bright, and well decorated unit, everything looks and smells new. Fully equipped kitchen, well appointed living room, huge flat screen TV, screened patio, large master bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed, nice second bedroom - everything is just like you see in the pictures and as described on the owner's VRBO website. Bathrooms - very clean and with more towels that we could possibly use. In addition - there is a brand new looking washer and dryer right in the unit. All appliances and plumbing are in perfect working order - we haven't had any issues at all. Free Wireless Wi-Fi - easy access and very stable.
